Good, ta see ya! Y'all been good? Get started soon as that Dram ya know Tim, is ready ta listen up, an start bein my voice. Looks like he is ready, lets talk then on with the story. Folks need ta wet my whistle some, Oh Lan sakes! That just be a nasty Corn Licker! Sorry folks, shall we begin?

Just little background on what I observed on the ride ta Mobile, an mine an Docs talk. As ya remember, that evil murderin, non-human knows my name. Says I should know him, not as well as I should. Also, he say he knew myself an Norm stumbled on that dead girl outside Atlanta. Folks, my thinkin on that, is an could be, that fool recognized me. Maybe my ad in the paper got his attention. Hell just maybe, this one was watchin the investigation! Doc, did tell me he thought maybe he would follow, the investigation just because of that ad in the paper.

So I am hopin, that is why he think, I should know him. Ifin not, then I haves a problem! Could be my killer is Doc, hell I don't want that! Doc seems ta be a good friend, hate ta have ta make Judgement on him. So the talk with Doc, an observation of him.

                                         The Talk

Folks, it took roughly ten days, well near it arrived late on the ninth day. Covered abouts 322 miles, ta Mobile. This talk  an observation is over those days, so don't think it was just a one day conclusion.

Doc started, our talk late inta the first day. Abouts two maybe three hours inta our journey. Folks, that ain't normal fer Doc, he is a talker now an I mean that. Doc ask, then looked a might perplexed, Common I know ya thinkin I might be the one, a doin these murders. Best do what is needed, an get it over with! I say, Doc just tell me why ya went out alone, an what ya were thinkin. Could a told me, that ya were goin out. Why ya gots involved in this investigation.

Doc he looked at me, then say I'll start from the beginnin,  Common, an work my way ta it. Might take a couple days, ta get the full thin in. I say, then let's get this done. Doc say, Common I helped York City Rangers with the Reaper or Butcher murders. That name depended on what paper, ya read that one didn't care what sex, ya were. Man or lady, was fair game he cut thum up like a butcher. They looked like beef, cut ta side. He hooked thum up, just that way.

He was messy, left a lot of evidence fingerprints, boot prints several knives a cleaver. Those actually had initials engraved in the handles. Of course, the tools of his trade could have been stolen. It was my profile of his mind that helped the most. Folks, Profile? What in Sam White hell is that? I asks. What type person he is, how he lives what age. Just a break down a who I think he is, Doc say.

I say, just how ya get ta Ranger Command, an lookin inta these murders? That profile, can tell me more later, an whether ya got one on our murderer.

He tell me, Common just so happened the General of the City Rangers, at Ranger Command was there during the murders. Ya met him, Common General Bennet he is in charge of the City Rangers. I am with ya ta prove my Profile theory an science can catch a criminal. Then they, well I'll teach it at Ranger Command. It will be a part of City Ranger trainin.

General Bennet showed Doc, three different murders. Doc chose this one. Folks that took place the first day. We talked on other thins. That gave me a chance ta mull over what's he told me. Few thins I noticed one, I've seen befer, mentioned it also. Doc went off, durin our talk, that thin, that looks like he is gone fer minute maybe little longer. He whispered some, it was very dainty type whisper, then he came back normal like. Doc, he apologized ta me. He say sorry went off again.

Folks, Doc told me he left fer that walk, because he felt cooped up. He needed ta get out, he felt trapped. He didn't think about tellin me, well he say because he is grown man, not a child. Doc say, he didn't yell fer help right off, wanted make sure it wasn't a homeless person.
He didn't want ta cause a commotion befer knowin we needed one.

Folks, I'll buy that, I'd feel the same way, hell just know I'd need ta get out. One thin, Doc ain't been with me when they found the bodies, an we both ain't been tagether all the time. Hell Doc, could done these murders. He may have had nough time ta do it, an I not even know it, or realize he was gone. Folks, remember he say, this one can use both his right an left hand the same. Folks noticed Doc can use both, his writin looks just as clear with both hands. Then when it came ta sowin back up, Mrs. Bueller he used both hands ta do that, why he could sow with both hands. Folks that Mrs. Bueller thin just came ta mind while observing Doc those few days. Oh an one other thin, Doc a be writin in his journal an be havin conversations with himself, change writin hands, while doin that. Strange ta say the least.

So is Doc the murderer? Folks many thins point ta it, but those aren't real evidence. They lead me ta maybe look ta his direction some. My gut say he ain't, but I should consider it ifin I find somethin that may lean towards Doc. I still trust Doc, just Common do have common sense, at times yessum at times I do. I ask Doc tell me his profile, he has so far on this murderer.

Doc say, he started about 16, maybe 18 at most. His father may have been a Doctor. He seems ta know human anatomy, or have good idea where thins are. He might have some medical trainin later on in life. This maybe his connection ta Morton School of Medicine and Medical Science. His parents could of been donors.

I'd say he can't be older now, than mid twenties ta overwhelm his victims as quickly as he did Patty. Especially those ones, that were street savvy. They would know some way ta defend themselves. Even be more apt at watchin they backs, so ta speak.

He probably had a life of plenty as a child, more than likely he still has trinkets ta back him on his travels. Good access ta a carriage or wagon. This one doesn't travel horseback or stage. He may have help, a trusted individual that drives the carriage, maybe even moves ahead of him, ta arrange rooms an places ta do his evil deeds. Or he has those people in town that help him with that. They may not even know they are helpin a murderer.

This one, ya may not understand. I think he finds the female body, let's say intriguin he seems ta started investigatin the reproductive organs. This also could be he finds the female body repulsive, I am leaning more ta intriguin. This thinkin only because he left Patty alive an unharmed. Why, why, Common, did he do that? Folks that one I don't know other than, he was shocked. Thought her ta different, maybe special.

Doc say, think on this, my good friend Common, maybe he is intersexed just like Patty is! This I find interesting could be, I've seen it in York City. This one was born female, her mind says she is male. That would be the repulsive attitude, I am not leanin that way. Maybe the other way around, born male thinks he is female.

Either way, he is also investigatin how the female reproductive system works. As ta why, I am leanin towards intrigued by the female body. The death part may only be, the outcome of his deeds. I asks what abouts the multiple stab an cut wounds on some?

Doc say those could be the rage side, of not bein what he wants, or just outright hate. Now fer the posin of the dead like sleep. This I think is because, if they are sleepin he didn't harm thum. Common it is almost like two minds in one! That Common could be it! Someone that has two personalities!

Folks, never heard a such, but the part about bein intrigued by the female body. That might be it, the rest I can agree with. Pretty sound ta me. Two minds in one or bein born wantin ta be the other sex, ain't heard tell a that, but one would be a might quiet on that.

Folks we got two rooms at Madison Inn. City Rangers arranged it fer us. Two free meals a day, not one an two free drinks a our choice. Rather nice a those folks at the Madison. First off reported ta the Constable on the why a we here, an the City Rangers. They agreed ta increase the nightwalkers an have at least one Ranger on duty at night.

Talked ta Doc about runnin another ad, only this time maybe add that I wants ta catch him. Ta respond via the News Paper or a letter ta the Constable. Doc say that might just get his attention, but it may make him even kill more than befer. Folks the chance I think I need ta take. Besides the reply may give us more information.

Little long winded, think we a close out here. Till next time.
