Folks, how ya been? Happy ya came back! Take a seat be ready, here real soon. This a be short, as short as I can make it. I'll try ta keep from rattlin on now, so let's get started shall we. Want ta talk about my good friend an mentor Norm Parson. Told ya might talk some on him.

Ya see, Tam took me ta Carolina, that is where we both met, Norm. Tam got ta like Norm, my feelin is, they rolled in the sheets, not sayin they did. Just I felt it, in my heart folks. Loved Tam from the beginin such lovely lady. Never felt like, Norm moved in on me. No always felt Tam was like a free bird, ready ta fly away at any time folks. Besides me an Norm, why had us some fun plus I learned some about the way Norm looked at the Law. This is my first encounter with the Law, with Norm.

We was out Atlanta way, that border city of Bama Carolina. Norm didn't like ta get ta far from home, ya know the Myrtle's Carolina way. We did make it ta Maine ya know the Great White, that was only because we visited Momma, way outs a York. York Rangers sent us up Maine ta look fer a missin York Ranger. Well hell back on track Common.

Me an Norm's first encounter of the Law. Atlanta way! Well near it, just east of the city. Place called Treaty Knoll, place where Bama, Carolina an Georgia signed they cease of hostilities. That broke what was Georgia up an it became Carolina an Bama. Border War is just idiocy I am tellin ya. Me an Norm, we found us dead body!

We couldn't tell how old it was, just knew it was a young girl or lady. Folks it was, lets say a real mess of a dead body. Couldn't a been more than day old after death. No wild critters had got a hold of it. This meant a human done this! Folks skinned like an animal, parts were gone!

This one was evil, I mean evil, none likes I've seen at that time. I have seen it later though, that I might talk abouts later. Norm, well he looks over the place. Say not more than one person alive was here, after exceptin us. Don't think she was killed or done this away here. I say, no blood or sign of struggle, sure she a put up some kinda fight. Norm nods, say I'll look around some, stay here. Then we best get the Constable an the City Rangers out here. I nod then say, sorry young lady, me an Norm a figure this out, I promise that.

Folks Norm found nothin that looked out a place. He stayed, an I ran got the City Ranger, the Constable from both sides say, it was a Ranger matter not one fer thum.
City Rangers, did the same as we did. Norm say we passed a house aways back east a here. Let's check that Common. City Rangers say, suit yarself. This one probably be unsolved. I just shook my head, tell Norm they don't care, not in the least. Norm say thins they see daily, hell we might not care, Common, lets try figure this one out. I say, lets so this young lady a rest like she should.

Oh, befer I forgets, that young girls clothes, well they was folded neat like next ta her, shoes lay along side her clothes. Like she was expected ta wake an gets dressed. Strange folks, just strange, an evil. Wonder what Pa would do, was my thoughts. Me an Norm headed towards that house we saw. Folks my stomach was doin that swirlin thin, my mouth got all watery. Just knew I was about ta brin up my dinner! I fought it off, not wantin Norm ta think I was just a child, truth be known I was close ta bein a child. Ya think on it some. Young Ranger still in trainin.

Norm an I found that house, it was empty! We did find the room poor girl, was killed in. Folks the one that did this had her parts in jars. Blood covered the floor an the table he used, some was even on the ceilin! Folks I ran out the room! All I ate that day, why came back up! Felt my insides might come with it! Looked over, Norm was doin the same!

Norm say best hide the horses someplace. This one is comin back, think those jars are like badges fer him. Then he say, damn need a corn licker. My nerves are jumpin somethin terrible. Folks we waited it was near dark, when a man an a young lady showed up.

They was actin all lovey-dov like. Gigglin an kissin. He pushed against the wall, put his knee between her legs. That is when she slapped him. Thins got crazy, hands hittin his face. He was tryin ta grab thum an hold thum! He finally grabbed thum, when Norm shouted, Ranger Norm Parson! Best stop an now!

Man shouted, she likes it rough, an I aim ta please! She screamed, get him away! Folks this was just wild, my pistol was out! Norm he shouted ta step away from her! The girl managed ta bite him an run. Fella pulled a gun!
Norm stood his ground, say Mister best think on this. They is two a us, one a ya. That fella dropped his pistol. Say, my wife she likes it rough, an away from home. Ya can asks her.

Folks, turns out, she liked her roll in the sheets, that way. Me an Norm promised not ta mention it in our reports. We never caught the one who did that killin. I have checked a few times, on it. They never caught the person that done it. I learned, that night, ta think befer ya shoot, an innocent may get hurt or killed. The Public Good Folks the Public Good. Told ya it be a short one. Till next time, ifin they is one folks.
