I'd like to give you, just little more information on Common before, he takes over with his first story. Common and his first stories, were entertainment, for Sarna and Ben in tale of Sarna the Shield Warrior, The Book of Common, his stand alone story, and he as come up in Random Thoughts. Common is fun to write, he and Thomas are my favorite characters to write. Well, I'll let Common take over now, thanks for your time.
Folks, my name is Common Sir Name Howard, Ranger these 13 Lands. I am the Law, I enforce it, Judge an Jury and I execute my findin. We have no jails or form of lock-up. Fer those of you, that are not familiar with the Law of Lands. Most thins punishment is Death, although I can use my discretion over that, I can deal out workin off the debt to society, or public stakin, where I put ya in stocks fer a few days. Folks that is my call.
Rangers are the Law, they may come from Virginia or Bama, does not matter. Rangers can roam the Lands, some just stay where they from, others may never see they homeland again. Why I've been ta the Californias, seen all three coasts. I was born York ways, City of York no less. As ya know, my Ma was a Servant ta the White Family. My Pa a Ranger, been a Ranger all my life. Fer ya that not seen a map of The 13 Lands, why I gots one so I'll show ya. Fer those of ya don't know, we was once 50 Lands or States. Sorry folks, that is the past. Well, it all started out Dakota ways, or was it Texas way? Folks it was right close ta both, my thinkin it was southern Dakota. Like I said folks, been a spell the place I'm talkin about was, Dakota way! The other place like it was northern Texas close ta the Wisconsins. Yep, it was Dakota nough on that, folks I may fergets a name or a town even a Land. Then it can just pop in my head! Hell then again, I may just say, I am not certain where it occurred.
