Common, he say, Miss Helen is fine, she is at my home, here in Atlanta. She has no want or need that won't be taken care of. Ya can take her back ta Mobile ifin she wants ta go back. Both Miss Virginia an Ted are here, they are both locked away, from the public. I can tell ya who the killer is, but that ya must wait on, first yes I betrayed ya, not ta harm or belittle ya. I didn't want ya ta kill Ted or Virginia. Till I finished my work, ya see I promised Virginia I would help. The takin of Miss Helen was not part of the plan.

Not the part, I understood, I was ta mentally help Virginia an Ted. Maybe even help her, with her other problem. I still wasn't certain on that part, ya see I never examined her. Till just yesterday, Common I can an did help her. She is recoverin as we speak. My surgical technique worked! All those old books, my Father had helped! Of course, my, unethical part helped also.

They was couple nurses attendin ta her, Miss Virginia was awake, Doc asked how do ya feel Virginia?

Virginia nodded answered with just fine Doc. Doc say, I'd like ya ta bend yar knees, an spread yar legs. Doc say no bleedin, Virginia ya should be just fine. Next few days will see how ya improve. Now ya just get some rest, ya will be up an about in day or two. Doc smiled an say see ya tomorrow. I didn't say a thin, Doc may think he be here tomorrow. That I don't think a happen.

We left, Doc sat at his desk, say Common I have one thin ta ask, let me make sure Virginia will be fine I'll explain more of what happened now. Why Fred disappeared. Then ya give him the death sentence. I say Doc ya have three days, then I call a Quorum, don't want decide this on my own. Ya bein a friend an all. Maggie asks me that don't negate my right to it? I say not in the least. Folks Miss Helen they wanted ta transplant her lady parts ta Virginia, Doc put a stop ta that. Thought I best add that.

Folks, get ta what happened ta Doc later. First Miss Helen I sent back ta Mobile ta her home. They was no harm done ta her. Just took away from home was all they did. Ifin that wasn't enough done, least way she weren't hurt. Ted he tell me, he just wanted Ginny ta be his lady. What ever she wanted, he would try an do. He would never stop lovin her, never he say.

He tell me, he only gots the ladies fer the Doc, they weren't kidnapped or nothin they came on they own. He say didn't know, he was the one killin. Just new they was murder goin on. Didn't know they was the same ladies. Folks this I believe, his emotions were very high as ta this. I can be fooled not on this one. I think Ted ta be innocent.

Far as Miss Virginia, folks she do have three different people in her. Talked ta all three, Ginny say Jacko a probably leave after. She is all healed up, Fred a always be in the shadows, of her life. Folks this one is solved, I still feel no joy in gettin it done. I feel empty an a bit sick, think all this, has pushed my heart ta the point a breakin. Miss Virginia an Ted I sent on they way, they moved ta Ohio, Doc say his sister a make sure they get a way ta make money an place ta stay.

As fer Doc, well I didn't want it, wish they was place ta lock up insane folks, but they ain't. Maggie took his head by sword. Folks they was a tear in my eyes fer Doc. My except fer that knot on my head. Doc treated me good, not like some undereducated fool. Folks spent near year as a circuit rider, near Orleans me Maggie spent some time tagether, now that is a different story. Maybe next time ifin they is one.
