Man of comfort.

"A-Ahh.." he flinched.

I immediately pull back the cotton with betadine "S-Sorry.."

He suddenly look at me. "Sorry for what?"

"Y-You got bruises because of me.." I said downcast. "B-But thank you for saving me. Hindi ko alam ang mangyayari kung walang nakakita sa'kin doon.." I continued.

"Don't thank me. It is natural to help you. Anyone would do the same thing."

"P-Pero nagka-sugat ka dahil sa'kin.." Saka ko idinampi ulit ang cotton. Pumutok kasi ang labi niya sa lower lip corner.

Nakatitig ako sa mapula niyang labi para gamutin ang sugat niya. I came closer to him dahil sa totoo lang hindi parin talaga maayos ang vision ko. Tequila is still kicking me.

He's staring at me intently with his brown eyes. Umiwas ako ng tingin sa mga mata niya but it is a wrong move because my eyes landed on his lips.

His reddish lips was half open as if its calling me.

I shook my head. "Y-You're too clos--"

"Ayra.."

Napaangat ako ng tingin. Nakatitig parin siya sa'kin kaya napaiwas ako ng tingin. I can feel his breath.

Why does he have a good smell every damn time?

He grab my chin and lift my face. Sinubukan kong umiwas pero ihinarap niya lang ulit ang mukha ko sa kaniya. Humigpit rin ang pagkakahawak niya sa wrist ko.

Oh god, it is impossible for me to move now.

Hindi ko siya matignan. My heart is beating fast. Dang, I'm so nervous right now.

"You really look like her. I can see her actions to you also.." he said in a deep voice.

I gulped. Shoot namumukhaan niya ako. Is this the end of my pretending?

"Y-You're just imagining things. W-We're completely different." I laugh nervously and tried to escape but I can't. He is too strong.

He slightly nodded and smiled. "Yeah, I must be imagining again.."

"U-Uhmm..b-bitawan m--"

Napatigil ako at napatingin sa kaniya. I pressed my lips together when I saw he was staring.

I was about to open my mouth to tell him to let me go but he kiss me already the moment I opened it.

My heart is beating faster and I feel the flare on my cheeks.

I was about to push him with my other hand but he still managed to catch it even if his eyes are closed. Now he have both of my hands. Shit.

I tried to dodge my head but he still managed to reach my lips. He guided my hands to rest on his shoulders.
