Giuyy X Shinobu ~oneshots~ requests (OPEN)

valentine's special!

Giyuu wasn't the most romantic or affectionate guy. But Shinobu didn't mind that, she loved him even if he didn't show it that much.

Shinobu had gotten back from a mission the day before. She got told that Giyuu would't be back for atleast another 3 days. She was a bit sad she couldn't spend valentine's Day with her boyfriend. But she knew there wasn't anything she could do. Being the workaholic she was, she dove in to work and it kept her busy for the most part.

When valentine rolled around she got a bit jealous of the other couples. Kanao and Tanjiro where exangeing gifts, Aoi and Inosuke where training, Zenitsu and Nezuko where sharing some food and Mitsuri and Iguro where hanging out somewhere. Shinobu felt like she was the only person alone today.

She desided to take a walk in the nearby forest. It was good for getting her mind relaxed. Plus it was good exercise. She hummed a tune and some birds joined in for a bit. It was beautiful what nature could do when demons weren't around. She heard a bush rattle beside her and imidiadly tensed up. She grabbed her blade but when she saw that it was only a crow she relaxed, it was one of the corps crows. It had a paper stuck to its leg on a rubberban. Shinobu reached her hand out and the crow landed on it. She removed the paper from its leg. It was a note.

"Come by the Shore, another surprise is waiting" she read the note out loud and raised her eyebrows.

-What is this? She mumbled to herself. But she had nothing better to do, so she headed to the shore a bit farther from the base.

When she got to the shore, she saw that Giyuu was there. He was in the middle of the lake, dancing? No.. it was his breathing technique. He was practicing them. Shinobu quietly went closer and stood on the sand while Giyuu showed his forms. They were beautifull, the elegance of water was breathtaking. Shinobu found herself staring at the man.

When Giyuu finished, he walked out of the lake and plucked his sword back in to its place.

-I thought you had a mission? Shinobu questioned him. Giyuu smirked.

-Why, did you miss me? He asked. Shinobu rolled her eyes.

-That was beautiful. She said looking at the now calm lake.

-I take it you liked your valentine's gift. I wanted to make it special. He said. Shinobu reached for his lips and gave him a kiss.

-Yes, thank you Tomioka-san. She smiled.

-I got us food too. He said pointing at a rock on the shore. Shinobu went to it and found a basket behind it. She peeked inside and found sandwiches, apples and coffee. She skipped to Giyuu with a smile.

The two enjoyed the alone time they got togheter. After eating, Giyuu layed his head on Shinobus lap and Shinobu got to play with his hair.
