"Alright Pete, that's enough," Briggs said as he tried to push him slowly away.

"You never will have nothing!" Pete continued to yell as he slapped Briggs hands down and away from him.

"All our life you wanted nothing more but to be in my shoes! You wanted to be just like me, you wanted to be just like your big brother and you hated it!"

"I never wanted to be like you, I wanted nothing to do with you!" Keith said calmly.

"Stop lying to yourself! You always hated me, you envied me because mom didn't take you instead of me! Mom chose me over you!"

Keith instantly got heated. He pushed Pete hard, making him fall into Briggs. Pete then got up and pushed him back into the desk. They both began tussling back and forth like two big kids.

Tim and Avery then got between them and broke them up completely. Tim pushed Pete towards Briggs and Briggs pulled him back into one corner of the room while Avery and Tim kept Keith in another corner.

"From now on you watch her!" Keith yelled. "If you want to go torture and kill people every day of the week then you bring her along with you! From now on, she's your responsibility! Let her see what kid of a monster you really are!"

I was so confused when Keith said that. What did he mean about Pete going out and torturing people every day of the week?

"I don't give a damn about you! I don't even give a damn about mom and dad! They're dead, so what! Get the fuck over it!" Keith continued to shout. "I definitely don't care for being in your shoes, living your life! I could care less about what happens to you or her!" He shouted as he pointed at me with force.

Pete looked almost disappointed in himself and in Keith as well. He sat there quietly, wishing he could take back what he just said. He was hitting Keith exactly where he knew it would hurt, and it did but Keith was doing the same.

Keith then broke away from Tim and Avery. "Get off of me!" he shouted. He then walked over towards Pete slowly before he left the room." When she ends up dead somewhere in the hands of Elite or Sebastian, don't come calling me to save her ass or yours!"

He then stormed out of the room, bumping shoulder to shoulder with Pete and glaring at me before leaving out.

A few seconds of silence flew through the room until Tim ruined it. "Well that was dramatic," Tim replied.

"I think it's good that he's gone. Maybe then it'll be less drama," Briggs stated.

"Yeah but now I have nobody that can stay and watch Amilia while I'm gone," Pete complained.

"I can watch myself, I'm not a child," I told Pete.

"You can't protect yourself all the time Amilia," Pete said softly to me. "You have to start accepting help from others sooner or later."

"Wait a second," Tim interrupted.

"What is it now?" Pete replied.

"Hello! You act like me, Avery and Briggs aren't here."

"Here for what?" Avery questioned.

"Yeah, I'm not following..." Briggs agreed.

"Hello!" Tim yelled again, but this time with excitement.

"We can babysit Amilia while you go out and do what you need to do!"

"I'm still sitting here!" I shouted out loud, knowing that they weren't listening. "I don't need to be babysat..."

Everyone ignored me as they usually did when "the men" were talking. "Yeah, but I still need you guys to be free for whenever I need you." Pete responded.
