Sebastian then rushed over and randomly started pressing several different buttons on the defibrillator in a panic. "No.... No, no!" he shouted.

"What are you doing?" Blue asked.

Sebastian then ignored him as the alarm on the machine started going off again.

Speedo then snatched Sebastian by his collar, "Hey!" he shouted." What is going on?"

"They failed the next step of the process...." he explained as the room got quiet and he slowly removed Speedo's hands from off of his shirt.

"What does that mean?" Pete asked.

"Fuck!" Nico shouted.

"What is going on?" Pete yelled impatiently.

"The next step of the process was going through certain memories before getting to the most important one and they didn't make it through.."

"What do you mean they didn't make it through? So where are they?"

Blue then stepped up as if he was getting ready to say a funeral eulogy. "It's like being in a boxed room made out of bricks...but you only have a certain amount of time to tear those bricks down before a whirlpool comes in and traps you inside. Those bricks that you have to tear down are the little memories that you need to get rid of before you get to the main memory, the memory that is blocking you from seeing life clearly. The memory that is being hidden by a bunch of fake ones. So if those bricks don't get torn down in enough time to unblock you from your main memory, then you and your memory becomes non-existent..."

Blue then slowly approached Pete, preparing to give him the news that he didn't want to hear.

"When you're inside of the defibrillator it's like a sick game. Your own mind puts you through this process that's supposed to make you feel better and it only leaves you more confused than before."

Pete then gave an angry aggravated look as Blue danced around the point. "Look Pete, the only way for you to fail a process is if you die....and since Keith and Amilia are both inside, then.."

"No..." Pete said calmly.

"There has to be something you can do..."

Sebastian then began screaming to the top of his lungs, "There is nothing you can do! They're dead! They are dead! Keith and Amilia are dead! There is nothing you can do, there is nothing I can do, and there is nothing any of you can do besides sit here and wait for both of their hearts to stop beating completely and then all of this will be finally over with and they will be released from the defibrillator." Sebastian spoke weakly as if he was sick and tired of everything. It was almost as if he gave up on me and Keith completely.

"Knock it off!" Nico shouted.

"Oh what are you gonna do? You've already shot me once," Sebastian said as he held his wound even tighter. If it wasn't for you idiots shooting me up with GAD you all would be dead right along with them!"

Pete then rushed towards Sebastian trying to fight him as Mikey and Robert intervened. He then stood there weakly in sorrow as he slowly stood against the wall and slid towards the floor to sit down.

Blue began glancing at Nico as if an idea suddenly popped up in his head. "So in order for the defibrillator to bring them back up is if their hearts stopped beating?"

"If both of their hearts stopped beating, yes..." Sebastian answered.

Blue and Nico then made eye contact once more as their minds connected like it never did before. "How long will it take for the defibrillator to bring them back up after their hearts stop?" Nico asked.
