Chapter 51: Darkest day

This was my chance... Saturday had arrived, and tonight was the night I would try to steal Steven's phone, and finally delete that God forsaking picture.

The house was purple, soft like lavender, located at the top of a steep hill sitting next to a million others just like it.

My top was thinner than I had thought, the cold air easily penetrating the fabric and turning my skin red as I walked my way into this stranger's house.

Steven's friend Lauren lived in the next town over, meaning I'd had to take a bus to get here. It also meant that I'd be staying the night...

I only prayed that everything went as planned.

Steven needed to fall asleep, or at least I'd have to get him VERY drunk. Enough that he becomes careless to his possessions or even maybe his consciousness. Then finally I'd have the opportunity to steal his phone.

"Y/nnnn baby" He greeted me with his arms wide inside this tight corridor.

"Hey" I shivered.

They took me upstairs to her room where about five other teens were guzzling down sweet liquors that would surely dim their senses. I spotted a familiar face... Julia... she spotted me with a certain concern in her eye. I'm not sure who these other friends were so it didn't take too long to decide that I wanted to sit with her.

"Hey" I tried to seem at least unbothered that I was there.... Like I was getting used to it... to him... so that no-one would suspect me.

"hi, you're finally here!" she appeared to be pleased to see me "you want a drink?"

"sure" It would seem weird to stay sober... but I'd make sure not to get drunk... I needed to keep my head.

"I'm so glad you made it; Steven hasn't shut up about you all night!" she laughed awkwardly. "If you're lucky Lauren might let you guys sleep together" He raised her eyes brows at me as she gestured to the tall girl.

I laughed awkwardly trying to appear shy and not too overly disgusted by the thought of it. However, that was the plan, I needed to get him alone... but only at the end of the night when he would be passed out...

...My mission now was to get him drunk.

"come on baby, meet my friends" Steven wobbled over to me, a strong drink in his hand...maybe this wouldn't be that hard.

After about 2 drink I was becoming looser, at first I was shivering with fear, but now I was finally starting to put my acting skills to use.

"Steven here" I handed him another beer bottle as I took one for myself.

"aww baby thank you" he kissed my cheek "see baby I told you you'd warm up to me" his sweet smile was nauseating, but I smiled back anyway.

"Lauren said we can sleep together tonight" His hot breath on my ear made me want to gag, but I smiled through it. "we can share her mum's bed" His hand started to slide up and down my thigh and I started to panic.
