Chapter 34: sweet 16

The next day the guys were given another task, this time from a new tutor, her name was Jenny Kita and she was a professional dancer who has worked with stars in the past. After looking at all their individually adorable dance moves, she put all the boys in groups. To then make up a dance routine using some of the things Jenny taught them.

However, before the guys got a change to practice, she welcomed a whole dance crew to the studio to battle Bangtan. As soon as they walked in the room I was intimidated, I could tell they were professionals. I felt so scared for the guys, especially Jin, I could practically feel his anxiety in the air.

When the dancing began, I was extremely impressed with Yoongi, who won the first round with his moves. Seriously I was almost screaming, however the boy's reign wouldn't last long as most of the guys lost against the professionals, but still I was proud of them for having such amazing confidence.

When it was Jimin's turn my blood was bubbling from excitement, he knew how to move, so he'd put up a fair fight. As they danced, I was screaming behind the camera, Jimin could win this one!

But what happened next made my blood boil, he pushed Jimin back when it was his turn... that's not fair! I could see it on Jenny's face too, and because of it, Jimin won.

Eventually though, Jimin was beaten, next was Jungkook, he actually started off really well, though he got a little too excited and tried to flip. But he didn't land on his feet, instead he crashed onto his back, I fought with myself not to run over and check he was okay... he was still in a battle.

Even though he lost, the guy was actually really cool about it, giving Jungkook advice and hugging him after.

Jhope was next, I knew he would be our one to beat, he put up such a good fight, winning two battles against the dance crew. However, it could not last forever as Jenny raised the arm of the other dancer.

I thought the filming was over, though that changed once I heard one of the female dancers start to talk.

"Hey us girls wanna battle someone too" she yelled, the guys were all for it till she turned to me and pointed "what about her?" My heart stopped...she WHAT

I thought she kept looking over here too much! She's wanted to battle me since she walked in!

"W-what?" I mumbled out. The guys were a mixture of reactions, some like Jimin and Jhope were smiling at me giving me a low cheer egging me on, the others looked extremely worried.

"you" she stated

"Do you dance?" said another female dancer.

"Not often" As if something wild had possessed me, I had started to take steps closer to the group, looking around at the producers, they had no idea what was going on either. I don't know what was going through my head, maybe it was the burning desire to defend the boys, or maybe the rage I had for some of the dance crew... but I wanted to do it... I was dying to do it.

"come on, we need to battle a girl" one girl started clapping as she saw me walk forward, inciting me more. Looking at the boys, they looked unsure, but I knew what I was doing. They all didn't realize that through my exams I used dance as a stress relief. I had memorised plenty of moves... enough to shock not only the boys, but the dance crew too.

"wow wow come on y/n" Jimin clapped and cheered for me, he and Jhope danced with me often so they knew I could put up a fight.

"Y/n, are you sure?" Jin asked concerned, I only smirked at him, touching his shoulder a little in comfort before taking off my jacket.
