"Why do you hate me, Mina..."

You crouched behind the kitchen island, hiding from the awkward tension she just created with your entire class.

"I actually love you, and you're welcome, by the way," Mina squat down to keep your conversation private, "I don't see what the big deal is?"

"How?!" You snapped, "How is it not a big deal? Denki nearly lost his face."

"I know! Isn't it exciting," she giggled.

"You're a crazy person," you said.

Mina shook her head, "Excuse you, you're allowed to kiss our class guilt free. All of us want to be in your shoes!"

"That's not true..." you muttered, "It doesn't mean people's feelings won't get hurt."

"I know... buuuuuut," Mina said, "It's everyone's choice to risk it or not."

Your face made it clear you did not share in her amusement. Mina groaned, "Look, I figured it was going down the path of heartache anyway, so, why not make it... less sucky? Ya' know?"

Her point didn't make you feel any better but you understood it. Besides, just because no one said no didn't mean anyone was actually going to act on Mina's plan. It was silly...

"Can we just watch a movie now?" You sighed, "Or can I hide in my dorm..."

"Nooooo, stay," Mina's dark eyes begged, "I'm sorry I made everyone all bothered but they seem to be over it already... maybe. Our class is cool - they'll live!"

"Alright," you weren't convinced but you figured it would be more awkward to ditch everyone. Or would it?

You and Mina carried whatever was left of the treats and made your way to the group surrounding the television. The lights were dimmed which made you feel a little more at ease, because it felt like you were were branded with "slut" across your forehead.

Whatever, anymore...

Now, the tricky part was the sitting situation. When you looked around for a spot, it seemed that the few open spaces were spaced out individually. You were going to have to pick where to sit and the options were in between Shoto and Izuku, or Bakugo and Kirishima, or Shinso and Kaminari. No one noticed you yet so you still had time to decide.

Of course, why wouldn't this also be painfully awkward?

Mina at least took one option off the table and sat next to Kirishima. You were tempted to sit by Shinso out of habit but you noticed the space was now occupied by a floating sweater.

Shoto and Izuku it is then!

"Shoot, the couch got crowded fast," Ochaco appeared beside you. It was like a knife to the chest hearing her sweet but bashful voice.

"G-Go ahead, Ochaco," you said, "My wings would be annoying to sit next to, I can take the floor with Sero and Shoji."

Her big eyes looked up at you, "No way, you were in a villain attack today. You can't take the floor."

"Just do it, please," you smiled.

Everyone on the couch stirred when you two approached. Apparently, making you sit on the floor was not a suitable option for them. As you walked passed Shinso you felt his hand graze yours. His fingers were attempting to intertwine with yours. You heard him beginning to say something but someone else was quicker.

"(Y/N)," Shoto's cool voice reached your ears over the noise from the movie, "Take my spot."

"Oh. You don't have to-" you hesitated.
