"Want some dinner, (Y/N)?" Ochaco asked when you appeared in the kitchen, "Wow! You look so nice!"

You had a mini black dress on with one of the many fancy coats Monarch bought you. The heels you carried were a bit much and going to be annoying, but you were feeling it tonight.

"Thanks!" you said, "I'm good actually. Monarch's taking me out tonight..."

"That sounds fun! Is it safe, though? With all those goons around?" She asked, "You're seriously glowing... what makeup do you use?"

You shrugged, "Oh... nothing special, really! And it's probably not the safest but at least we'll be surrounded by other heroes."

Momo was cutting up vegetables and saw you in your get-up, "(Y/N)! I love your jacket. I'm a little jealous."

"You? Jealous?" You asked, "You always have the nicest clothes!"

"Couldn't you make one?" Ochaco asked.

"Thank you! I meant I'm jealous of you getting dressed up and leaving the dorms," Momo said, "My parents used to take me out all the time. I'm not unhappy with my studies, but it would be nice to have a night out."

You thought a moment, "Why don't we? We could pick an evening for girl's night."

Momo grinned, "I like that idea. Girls-night redemption from our slumber party's hostile takeover."

"I'm in! Maybe to celebrate after the exams?" Ochaco said. She glanced at you before asking in a quieter voice, "(Y/N)? I promise I didn't spy for long, but how did your chat with Shinso go?"

You tilted your head, "Shinso?"

"Yeah. Your room is next to mine, so I kinda heard you get up in the middle of the night," she dropped her chin in shame, "I wasn't trying to be invasive, I just wanted to make sure you were doing okay. But then, Shinso showed up so, I figured you were fine."

"I..." you did remember having a nightmare and going to the bathroom. And you remembered talking to Shinso a little bit. But you didn't remember those events happening at the same time. Didn't you talk to him before you went to sleep? Thinking about it made your headache from this morning resurface.

When did I talk to him..? And what did we talk about?

"(Y/N)?" Ochaco looked worried.

While you were chatting, Kaminari walked in and grabbed a popsicle from the freezer - totally not eavesdropping. He had it halfway in his mouth when he turned around. His eyes traveled up and down your dress and the popsicle slid out onto the floor.

"You okay there?" Momo asked, smirking slightly.

"Uhhhhh, yeah," He cleared his throat, "Oh, dammit, my popsicle!"

"You gonna pay for that?!" Bakugo nudged him aside, "If you're gonna keep steal my stuff at least finish it!"

"I'm sorry!"

Bakugo simmered as he grabbed his own frozen treat. When he saw you his eyes doubled in size. You hadn't dressed up in more than cute, casual clothes since the sports festival afterparty.

"Going somewhere?" He asked.

Ochaco was still waiting for you to respond, while you racked your brain for some memory you weren't sure even existed. Bakugo's demanding voice at least made you look up, "Huh?"
