Undertaker met you when you had to buy a coffin for a loved one who had passed away. Undertaker loved your joke that you told him as payment so he invited you over for an afternoon tea. So I guess you two could be called friends.
When you catch him looking at you

He drugged your tea and brought you to one of his coffins. (He didn't kill you , he just used a coffin as a bed)
You awaken
You woke up feeling something like cushioned fabric around you. You sit up and see your in a coffin. Your eyes widen and you start to notice your surroundings. "Hello dearie, hehehe"

When you get hurt
Undertakers smile would start to quiver but he would try to keep up the cheerful persona. He would tend to your wound and or simple bruises/scratches and would hug you in a coffin for a few hours.

Undertaker would not smile very much and would lay off on some of the jokes. He would keep you and put a drug in your body that keeps your body from decaying.
