100% in Fontaine with a hydro or cryo vision. I'd imagine he's like if Xiao and Neuvilette became one.

I can see him being pyro because he loves setting things on fire and most likely in Liyue because of the whole "Contracts" thing. 

Mey-Rin

Either Pyro to cause more havoc or Electro. She's a mondstadter for sure. Most likely a bow user because it's the closest thing to a gun.

Finny

Absolutely a mondstadter and probably anemo because of the whole dead friend shtick (He lost his pet bird). Either anemo or dendro. 

Bard

I imagine him either being a mondstadter or from Natlan because he likes to blow things up. Definitely Pyro. 

Vincent

He's 100 % hydro and from Fontaine as well because of his toy business. (and he's blue, like everything about him is blue)

Trancy

Probably Electro because he's seen as odd and from Inazuma because he is so isolated. 

Claude

Claude would probably be Geo or Pyro (I'm imagining his eyes for this hc) and also from Liyue. 

Hannah

She's likely to be Cryo, Electro, or Hydro because of her strange and cold personality along side her dedication to Alois. Probably from Fontaine or Inazuma.

The Triplets

They're all Electro and from either Fontaine or Inazuma. 

The Circus

I feel like Sumeru would be a nice place for him (I'm imagining the carnival event)or Fontaine, and he'd probably be Hydro or Anemo because of his dedication to the circus but his want to be free from "Father". (Lyney and Lynette 2.0!?)

Beast

Absolutely Pyro because of her passion for Joker. She would likely also be from Sumeru or Fontaine.

Dagger

Honestly, I feel like he doesn't really fit under any vision placement. Possibly cryo or pyro? I can see him being from Fontaine. 

Snake

100% Dendro (He's green) and maybe a mondstadter. 

Doll

I can see her being Cryo because of her friendship with Ciel, but responsibility to do "Father's" bidding. I feel like her more carefree attitude would work really well in Mondstadt. 

The Grim Reapers

I can see him either being Cryo or Pyro. I know his color scheme would but that's not new (example: Beidou, Yunjin) but he seems to be between life and death, responsibility and desire, but he also has a strong passion for the Phantomhive household. (I believe the Claudia theory for context). Probably from a citizen Fontaine or Sumeru. 

Grell

She's 100% pyro because of her passion for romance. (I mean come on, she's literally the Red Reaper). She's too fancy to be from anywhere else than Fontaine or Liyue.

Ronald

I feel like Ronald would be Dendro because of his knowledge and would also probably be from Liyue or Fontaine. 

William

Probably also dendro or maybe Cryo (cause he got attitude) and would likely live in Fontaine as well- or Liyue.

Elizabeth

100% from Fontaine and Electro because of her "odd" childish behavior. 

Madam Red

Obviously, she's Pyro from Fontaine. She's passionate in her job as a doctor and the motivation behind her killings.

Lau

He's probably Hydro because of his dedication to his business. 

Ran-Mao

Also Hydro both because of her color scheme (her name literally means blue cat) and her dedication to Lau. Obviously both her and Lau are from Liyue.

Soma

Soma is likely Pyro because of his passionate personality. He's probably raised in Liyue because it's known to be a rich country. 

Agni

He's either Hydro or Geo because of his dedication to Soma and his passion to achieve. He's probably from either Inazuma but was saved by Soma on, like, a trip or something, or he's from Liyue and Soma just happened to find him. 

Alice

She's probably Electro because of her "odd" business and "strange" relations. She's likely from Sumeru or Fontaine.
