Ciel calls accidentally calls you mother
You were one of Elizabeth's friends and she invited you to join her at Ciels manor, again. Lizzie called you Auntie from time to time and you didn't mind it. You and Lizzie arrived at the mansion and Sebastian helped you out of the carriage. Lizzie immediately ran to find her fiancé and you walked in a few minutes after.
A few hours later Lizzie went back to her manor to get her things due to Ciel allowing her to stay the night. You and Ciel were talking in the drawing room and you spaced out a bit through out the conversation when something Ciel said brought you back down to earth. "Mother-", Ciel said but quickly shut his mouth, his eyes going wide. Your eyes go wide before your eyes soften and you show a warm smile. Ciel starts to blush and he hides his face in his hands. "I didn't mean to call you that", ciel says, his voice muffled by his hand. "It's alright, Ciel, I don't mind", you say calmly and Ciel looks up his eyes wide again. "Alright, m-mom", Ciel says before mentioning something else in an attempt to change the subject.
