What 'was' his relationship with you

You were a reaper of the same role as William and you worked along side him. Your relationship was entirely platonic, you two were good friends since you two shared similar interests and status but it wasn't romantic at first. 

When you catch him looking at you

You were assisting him in paperwork due to him having over time because of a certain red reaper and since you two were close he didn't bother to stop you. However, as you were finishing up your stack of papers, you turn around to see William starring at you. As soon as your eyes met, he looked away. You thought it was a bit strange but shrugged it off.

Taking you 'home'

William had shown you his house before since there have been time were you two hade to work from home so he didn't need to fight you on going inside. However, when you did go through the door. You felt a fast amount of pressure hit your neck and you fell to the floor, only seeing darkness.

You awaken

You wake up in Williams bedroom but your leg was tied to the end of the bed post. You sat up and looked around the plain and clean room but flinched when you heard Williams voice. "Good to see your up, Dear".

When you get hurt

William is calm under pressure so if you get a bruise, scrape, scratch, etc. he will take care of it and continue whatever he was doing. If it is a serious wound like a stab or broken/sprang bone. He will either take you to a medical center or take care of it himself, depends on the wound.
