His face would put roses to shame and would most likely be hesitant about answering since he has never experienced the responsibilities of a parent. However, Ciel is rather fond of the idea of children.

He would request that having kids would be after Ciel's contract since he already has to deal with a child, especially one that is contracted to command anything from him but once Ciel has either matured or the contract has ended, Sebastian wouldn't mind having a child or two. Of course, he would also remind you of the responsibilities of adopting or being pregnant with a child before you two make a final decision.
