Logan, Finn, Robert, and Colin stood there with their mouths gaping open and completely in shock. They were all speechless.
Lorelai was shocked and she gasped and placed her hand over her mouth, "Oh my goodness Rory. You had twins. No wonder you were bigger this time than you were with Michael." She ran over and hugged both Rory and Tristan. "Congratulations I am so happy for you. Now let's get inside because I have been home for what feels like forever so I could hold my grandbabies."
"Thanks, Lorelai. It was definitely a surprise for us as well. Let me introduce you to your grandbabies. Here we have Brayden Lucas he is the oldest by three minutes, he weighed six pounds, seven ounces, and was twenty-one inches long. Then here we have Lorelai Emily, who weighed five pounds. eight ounces, and was nineteen inches long. She looks just like her mommy I think Brayden does as well."
He picked both the babies up and carried them inside, Lorelai and Finn helped Rory, while Robert and Colin carried the bags inside. Logan was still shocked he followed shaking his head in disbelief.
"Mom wash your hands so you can hold the babies." Tristan and Rory each lifted a baby out of the car seats.
"Okay gimme, gimme, gimmie."She sat down and Rory and Tristan both laid a baby in her arms.
Lorelai or as we decided to call her Emily or Emmy opened her eyes and looked at Lorelai. "Rory she has our eyes. She is beautiful and he is so handsome he also has our eyes. They look like mommy. We have another Gilmore girl."
"Lord help the boys when she gets old enough to date. She is going to be a heartbreaker." Logan said.
"No, Mate lord help the boys because she has all of us as her uncles and we know what boys want and I will be breaking their hands if they touch this precious little angel," Finn said with a smug look on his face.
"That's right. Any boy who wants to date her has to go through all of us to see if he is even worthy. She will never have to worry about a boy breaking her heart because we will break his nose if he hurts her." Robert stated as he smiled.
"Plus she has me to defend her if she ever gets in any trouble. Congrats Rory and Tristan you two are family to me. Like a brother and sister and we all love you both."
"Thanks, man, and that's very true we are family. I am glad of that because if any little boy hurts my daughter I will need you to defend me." Everyone busted out laughing at Tristan.
"Well, you two look exhausted. Why don't you go shower and rest? Michael is down for his nap and me and the guys will take care of the babies for you. Besides when everyone gets a chance to hold the babies will be a little while." Lorelai said.
"We would like to introduce Michael to the babies. How long has he been down?" Rory said.
"About five minutes before you arrived. So he should sleep for another couple of hours." Logan answered.
