Today our daughter is getting married. Today my little girl will be someone's wife. My little girl is all grown up and I don't know what to do about it. She is my baby and my nerves are killing me. I haven't slept well for the last week.
Rory had been trying to keep me calm but it was not working well. She has done everything to keep me relaxed. I swear we have made love so many times this week it feels like our honeymoon again.
I mean don't get me wrong I have enjoyed all the attention my beautiful bride is giving me but my nerves are still a wreck.
I feel my wife come up behind me and wrap her arms around my waist and squeeze me. I turn around with her arms still around me and hug her tight.
"Good morning my gorgeous wife. Did you sleep well?"
"Good morning my sexy husband and I did. I know you didn't sleep well and I know you are stressed with the wedding today. So to ease your tension you and I are going back upstairs to make love. I know it only helps for a little bit and if need be I have my toothpaste and travel toothbrush and we will sneak away before the ceremony and I will relieve it again."
"How did I ever get so lucky? I will never know what I did to deserve a wife as good as you. I love you so much, Mare. Now let's go upstairs so I can make love to my beautiful wife."
He carried her upstairs and laid her down. He was kissing her the entire way up the stairs and he looked at his wife and smiled. "I am the luckiest man alive. I really love you more than you will ever know. You are my other half and together we make a whole. Promise me you will never leave me. I can't live without you."
"Well, Tris you loved me and you showed me how I deserve to be loved. I love you so much and as long as I can help it dear I will be right here with you. Together we are one and I know I could never live without you either. Now please your wife, I want to feel you inside of me."
"Yes, ma'am." He slowly removed both of their clothing and they made love until the alarm sounded telling them they had to get ready and leave. He had to drop Rory off at the club so she could get her hair and makeup done. This time he was going to wait on his wife to get finished.
They took a quick shower together and headed to the club so she could get ready. Tristan was pacing up and down the hallway when Finn, Colin, Robert, and Logan appeared.
"Calm down mate. You have walked a place in the carpet. I knew today was going to be rough on you." Finn Stated.
"So, we came prepared. Take this half of the Xanax and relax." Robert said holding his hand out.
"Take three swigs of this and you will be calm through the reception," Colin said holding the flask out.
"Now, we brought a deck of cards. We are going to sit here and play a couple of hands of cards and by that time you should be relaxed. Today is your daughter's wedding and we all know how hard this is for you. She is just like our own daughter and you are going to walk her down that aisle and give her away."
"Mate, she is in love and he loves her too. They remind us a lot of you and mother the way they look at each other is the same as you and Rory look at each other even today after all these years of marriage, kids, and graduations behind you. Now comes the weddings and grandbabies. Today two of your kids will be married and in ten months the last one will say I do."
"Very true you and Ror have done so good. You had three beautiful children, they all graduated and were all Valedictorians, they all graduated from Yale, they all found someone they love and want to spend the rest of their lives with, and none of them had kids before being married." Logan said.
