Rory's POV:

Today is Michael's graduation day. I am freaking out and I mean literally freaking out. We have a bunch of people attending.

Logan his girlfriend Betsy will be there, Finn his girlfriend Julie will be there, Robert and his new wife Claire will be there, and last but not least Colin and his fiancee Becca will be there. As well as mom, Luke, Michael, Diane, dad, his girlfriend Brittney, Gigi, and her husband Bryan, Lane, Zach, Paris, Doyle, Michele, Sookie, and Jackson.

"Our group is almost thirty people we have to get there early enough to get enough seats."

"Baby, take a deep breath. The guys and ladies are meeting us there early enough to get enough seats for everyone and we even have cards with everyone's name on it. Smile because today our firstborn son graduates high school and he is the Valedictorian of his class. He was the prom king. We did really good and today is as much our day as his."

She stopped and smiled, "I am so proud of Michael. We did do a great job. He is a smart and a polite young man and very handsome just like his dad."

"I love you too, baby. He starts Yale in ten weeks and I am proud of him as well. He may look like me but thankfully he acts just like you. I hate that he and Ginny decided to end their relationship because she is going to California instead of Yale."

"Yea, me too sweetie. They made such a cute couple and had almost been together three years. That makes two of us that is thankful he acts more like me in school than you." She busted out laughing as Tristan wrapped his arms around her and started tickling her.

"Stop it, Tristan. Oh my goodness Tristan stop tickling me. We have to get ready to leave." Tristan stops tickling her and kissed her.

"I promise you we will finish this later and I am going to make sure you scream my name in pleasure. You will be begging me to take you instead of begging me to stop." He whispered seductively in her ear.

Rory's face turned bright red as she noticed that her kids and Logan, Betsy, Finn, and Julie were standing there looking at them.

"Well, mate still has game after nineteen years of marriage. I mean who can blame him Rory is still as Smokin' hot today as she was in college." Finn said as he smiled.

"Thank you, Finny." Rory smiled as she stood up and straightened her dress.

"You are very welcome love but just speaking the truth. Alright, are we ready to go get our boy graduated from his high-class private school."

"I am so glad I will be living in the dorms this year. I can finally quit getting grossed out by mom and dad being all googly-eyed at each other all the time. It's not fun living with these two they can't keep their hands to themselves always touching each other, kissing, or something."

"Oh, kind of like you and Ginny were all last year? I love your mother, I have loved your mother since I was sixteen, and I will always love your mother. Forgive us because we are still attracted to each other. I mean your mom is still hot and I can't help myself."

"Dad, leave Ginny out of this. I mean you guys are old even tho a few of my friends told me my mom was hot and I smacked them. She is my mom for goodness sake. She is very pretty and I can say I am not ashamed for people to meet either of you."

"I know son. We are sorry that we grossed you out. So, which friends said I was hot?"

"Rory, mom," everyone yelled at the same time.

"What I am just asking?"

"Richie, Kurt, and Steven."

"I have had several of my friends say dad's hot too. I guess we got lucky because we do have parents that are kinda hot." Em said.

They all loaded into the cars and drove to the school Luckily each row had ten seats so they just needed to save three rows. Rory sat at one end while Tristan sat at the other. Behind them, Logan and Betsy sat at one end while Finn and Julie sat at the other end. Finally, we put Brayden at one end and Emily at the other.

As their group arrived they sat their parents upfront with them and the guys and their significant others sat in the row behind them with Lane and Zach. The rest of their group sat in the last row.

As the music started Rory was very emotional. She was overwhelmed with happiness, sadness, and being super proud of her baby boy. The one who made her a mommy and started their family off. Tristan wrapped his arms around her and held her tight. Brayden sat in between Michael and Diane while Em sat between Luke and Chris.

Lorelai sat beside Rory. Tristan and Lorelai comforted Rory who was really struggling with the fact their kids were growing up so fast.

Michael stood up and gave his speech. There was one part that made them all emotional. "Most kids grow up in a divided home barely speaking to their family. I am one of the lucky ones. My parents are still together and they love each other very much. Growing up I was taught, to love. I had my mom who taught me everything I needed to know before preschool."

"My dad taught me to respect women. My favorite uncles and aunts who are really mom and dad's best friends and my grandparents who were always good to me. Me, my brother Brayden, and our sister Emmy have all been shown true love, friendship, and family matters. They all showed up today to support me for the end of this chapter and the beginning of another. Thank you all so much for loving me and supporting me. I hope I am half as lucky to find great friendships to last me through college and thirty years later. I love you all. Thank you mom and dad for everything you have done for us kids."

Rory and the entire group were in tears even Finn. Once the graduation was over the entire group stood around taking pictures with everyone. Including Michael's friends, they all went to Michael's graduation party which everyone including families and staff was invited to.

Ten weeks later:

It's move-in day and Rory is franticly loading everything up. This time she knew to have the old mattress moved. They had bought him a sofa and entertainment center with everything he would need.

They had ensured that he would have a private bedroom with a sitting room. Rory knew he needed space to become a man and discover himself. His name had already been turned in to become a member of the Life and Death Brigade since she was an honorary member and his four uncles were members.

She hugged him as they finished unloading the last of his stuff she had already unpacked some of his things.

"Michael be careful, study hard, and most of all have fun son. This is where you figure out your future and who you want to be. We love you and we promise to give you your space and we will do our family dinners on Sunday evening so you can have your weekend free."

"Thanks, mom for everything. You too dad. I will be there next Sunday at five. I love you both and you two rugrats also." He gave Brayden and Emmy hugs.

They left Michael on campus and quietly drove home. The twins had skipped their Sophomore year and this year would be their Junior year. They had done all the credits needed for their Sophomore year during their freshman year.

Rory thought we will be going through this again in two years.
