Authors' note: Second post today

Jack sat on Coral's window ledge and sighed, he didn't know why he was there. Anastasia was right about one thing, he did feel like a coward. What was he supposed to do? He watched as the ledge began to turn to ice and he traced his finger over it. His mind elsewhere he didn't notice a pirate walking towards him.
"Jack?" He jumped up and looked up, Coral was stood in her nightgown and frowning.
"I- hello Coral." He began "how are you?"
She crossed her arms over her chest and walked a little closer to her window.
"Good, I usually get visitors from sprites at night."
He rolled his eyes and watched her intently for a moment. She raised one arm and slowly closed her palm the window slowly being pushed open by magic.
"Want to come in?" She asked quietly, he nodded slowly not taking his eyes off Coral. Once he was in she closed the window and gestured to the bed. Jack stared between her and the bed,
"Isn't that a bit too soon?" He teased, she raised an eyebrow.
"Don't sass me Frost. What were you doing out there?" She asked as she lowered herself onto the bed. He sighed and walked to the bed sitting down on the edge of it.
"After today I wanted to check to see if you were okay."
"I'm not okay."
"I can tell."
"Then butt out." She moaned, he turned to her as she crossed her arms and legs in front of her.
"I can't do that Coral."
"Yes you damn well can."
"And once more the heroic villain tries to act alone."
"Oh stop it alright. I'm not a hero and I'm certainly no good!" She rolled off her bed and paced round the room. "If you hadn't of noticed Jack a lot is going on at this school and Facilier is just the icing on top of that stupidly large cake! This entire school is being used by Rothbart and no one seems to be doing anything! As soon as I stepped in princesses were taken! Adelaide's been acting like a spoiled brat! She hurt Hans! And someone is working with Rothbart who knows this school better than anyone would have thought!" She yelled the ceiling began to turn darker and she glanced up, scowling at her ever changing walls and ceiling. Jack got up, and placed his hands on her shoulders, totally confused.
"Wait, slow down what are you talking about? I was talking about Gaston..." He stopped as her eyes widened in horror.  "Why did you mention Fal?" He asked, Coral's lips began to quiver and she shrugged Jack's hands off her and stumbled backwards.
"No- nothing at all!" She whimpered, Jack Frost raised an eyebrow and walked towards her and she stepped back again, until she was against a wall and Jack was in front of her.
"Coral, tell me from the beginning what's happened?" He said, she shook her head frantically and wrapped her arms around herself.
"I can't!" She breathed, Jack placed a hand on hers and gave it a gentle squeeze.
"Coral, Anastasia believed I could help you right now. I can't let her think otherwise, otherwise I'll never get to see you. Please, let me help you." He said, his eyes focused on hers. Coral's eyes widened as she searched for anything she could use to pull away from this sprite, but there was nothing. She exhaled shakily.
"The day Adelaide and I run away was when we- I was attacked by a man named Rothbart. He's been haunting me ever since... He wants my powers to help him catch the princesses... No one seems to see it other than me, and I can't tell if I'm going crazy or not. Adelaide won't talk about him and that means he's probably seeing her too! But she's so blind to how evil he is! We all know the stories about Rothbart and what he did to princess Odette..." She glanced at Jack's hand holding hers. "I- I can't let someone get hurt! But no one is doing anything! I know Mickey and Minnie know... And Gaston breaking up with me didn't matter I never liked him! I hated him! And Fal... he..." She trailed off and brought her hands up wiping her eyes. "He found me at my weakest and I... and he..." She couldn't get the words out. "I'm sorry..." She whispered. Lowering her head, Jack blinked and let go of her hands and stumbled back towards the bed and sat down. Coral pursed her lips together, her heart beating erratically.
"Jeez Coral... I mean... wow." He glanced up at her. "You've had to deal with this alone? Why didn't you say something?" He murmured, she walked forward and dropped to her knees in front of him.
"Because no one would believe me..." She whispered, Jack stared at her.
"I would have..." He dropped to the floor and crossed his legs, he brushed her cheek with his hand and sighed. "Remember that no one ever believed in me? And I was invisible? Coral you will never be alone so long as I'm around. I know what it's like..." He said softly, she gave a small nod of her head and glanced at their entwined fingers. "And about Fal... he kissed you, didn't he?" He said bluntly, her eyes closed in fear and embarrassment. She heard Jack sigh "Fal used your sadness."
"I know!" She screamed sending an electric shock through herself and Jack. Jack blinked as the feeling subsided. "Sorry." She mumbled flicking her wrist every so often.
"It's cool. Hey Coral, what is an electrician's favorite ice cream flavor?" She blinked and raised an eyebrow "Shock-o-lot!" He laughed, she rolled her eyes and smirked.
"It's just as bad as Adelaide's bird jokes for you." She smiled a little at Jack's scowl, he traced his fingertips across her cheek and down her neck causing her to shiver. Jack watched her as she closed her eyes, her cheeks reddening.
"Did you want him to kiss you?" He asked, her eyes widened and she stared at his blue eyes.
"No!" She said, Jack felt a sigh of relief leave his lips as his fingers trailed down her arm and back up to her shoulder. He watched as she shivered and leant into his touch.
"Coral..." they leant closer, the gap between their lips getting smaller. He closed the gap and kissed her, her arms wrapped around his neck and tangled into his hair, as his hand weaved into her hair and tilting her head slightly deepening the kiss which she gladly accepted. Their lips meshing together, Jack always hated being hot but with Coral, he welcomed it, knowing this was real as she clung tightly to him, they continued to kiss, her chest flushed against his, he could feel her heart beating hard the two lost in pure bliss until they had to pull apart breathing heavily trying to gain back the breath they lost. They rested their foreheads against each other, never losing eye contact.
"Woah..." He breathed, his chest heaving up and down along with Coral's. "Coral, I'm never going to let you get hurt again." He said firmly, she sighed happily.
"Thank you Jack... I'm not going to let you get hurt either..." She smiled at him and he smirked as she curled up slightly and he wrapped his arms around her, holding Coral against his chest.
"I don't doubt that." He mused, running his fingers through her hair, she inhaled deeply and shut her eyes.
"It's so easy being around you..." She said, he glanced at the moon and smiled resting his chin on top of her head. The two fell into silence as they held on to each other, not a care in the world, no worries, no nothing as they sat there together happily needing the other.
