We have been back in L.A. for a couple of days and l have been spending it with my two favorite people in the world: Abby and my mom. Tonight, we are watching a movie at my house. We really haven't decided on a movie, but we will probably just go through Netflix. l lay down on the couch and Abby lays down infront of me. l get out my phone real quick and tweet

l look through what people are replying and a lot of people are saying Oculus.
"Hey, mom, search Oculus. Apparently, it is a good horror movie," l say
"Okay," my mom says as she winks at me. l wrap my arms around Abby and l lock my fingers in her's. The movie starts to play and Abby is already tensed up. She hates scary movies, but she won't admit it because she knows that l basically only watch scary movies.

By the time the movie is over, Abby is nearly all the way under the blanket and my mom is sitting on me
"You two are a bunch of babies," l say as l sit up
"No, you just have no sense of fear," my mom says
"Abby, are you even awake?" l ask as l pull the blankets off her and she looks like she just saw a ghost
"Too... scared... to... move," she says. l pull her up to where she is sitting up regularly
"Oh, come on. lt wasn't that scary," l say
"l agree with your mom, you have no sense of fear," she says
"l do have a sense of fear. My fear is losing the ones that l love and that love me," l say as l look at my mom and then back at Abby
"Mmhmm," my mom says as she looks at her phone. "l see you. Haha, l'm so weird. What is wrong with me?"
"Have you been hanging around Snoop Dogg again?" l ask
"No, last time l was around him for a long time, there was so much smoke that l could pass out," she says
"Exaclty, smoke from weed," Abby says
"Samie, get your girlfriend off my back," she says
"Good girl," l say as l kiss Abby on the cheek.
"lt sickens me how much you two kiss each other for only being together officially for like 3 days," she says
"Like you have room to talk," l say. My mom gives me the death stare, but finally looks at Abby with a smile and asks:
"Where are you going to sleep?"
"Umm.. l don't know. Anywhere is probably more comfortable than my bed at home," she says
"She can sleep in my room, in my bed," l say
"Yeah, mmhmm, sleep," my mom says
"Mom!" l exclaim and Abby falls off the couch because she is laughing so hard.
"l would tell you to use protection, but you kind of don't have to," my mom says and Abby continues to laugh hysterically
"This is not funny," l say
"Oh, l know you want to laugh. Just look at Abby. She thinks it's funny," my mom says
"Yeah, but the words aren't coming from her mom's mouth," l say
"Oh, come on, Samie. lt's hilarious," Abby says as l get up to help her up off the ground. We walk upstairs. Me and Abby walk into my room and my mom walks into her room
