Paris

Today is the 22nd and that means only 3 more days until l am officially 30. Life goes by too fast. We are currently on a plane to Paris, France. lt is 11 o'clock at night and Samie is asleep, with her head on my boobs, of course. l post a picture on lnstagram and Twitter of me and Samie. l said

Everyone that is following comments on it stuff like:

Omg, @Samie_Hudson__P where did you get a pillow like that. Love ya, @katyperry ; Jesus, that pillo is perf ; and @Samie_Hudson__P you are so lucky to have a mom like @katyperry #WouldDieIfSheWasMyMom

Samie's phone starts to go off because everyone is tagging her in their comments and she wakes up to look at her phone. She looks up at me and gives me a dirty look and comments this

We al no the only reason lm k with @katyperry being ma mom is cuz l get perf pillos. Jk, luh ya, mom

She looks at me until l read it

"You're a weirdo. l don't even know why l ever signed that darn paper," l say

"Because you love me... Hopefully," she says

"You know l love you," l say

"l know and how much longer until we are in Paris?," she asks

"You're asking the wrong person," l say 

"l don't think anyone knows," she says and she lays her head on my shoulder.

 "Samie, Katy, wake up! We are in Paris!!" Tamra shouts

"l'm.. l'm up!" l shout back and Samie smacks me in the face because she is stretching her arms. "Samie!" l look at my phone to see what time it is and it is 2:20 in the morning

"Oops, sorry. l didn't mean to," she says sarcastically

"Mmhmm, l'm sure of it," l say as l stand up and walk off the plane and help Samie down the stairs

"l think l forgot how to walk," Samie says jokingly

"Sweetie, you aren't walking anyways. You're um... Crutching," l say and everyone laughs at me

"Okay... l'm crutching," she says as she hits me in the butt with one of her crutches

"Oww, that hurt," l say as l fall to my knees, crying

"Oh, come on. We all know you're acting," Tamra says

"Dammit, l do that too much," l whisper under my breath.

"l can't wait til the day you can start walking on your leg without your crutches," l say

"Why can't you wait?" Samie asks

"So l can walk with my arm wrapped around you, or hold your hand, so when people come up to us, they will already know that you are mine," l say 

"l'm pretty sure everyone in the world knew that l am your daughter like the minute you tweeted about it,'' she says

"Probably, but what if someone that didn't know came up to us?" l ask

"Then, they'd find out pretty quick and l don't think that anyone in this world doesn't know because it was all over the news and in the paper. There had also been a bunch of covers of magazines with us on it and the magazine talked about the 'rumor' about you adopting me," she says

"Oh, shut up," l say and me and Samie get in the car as someone honks at us and yells

"l love you Katy and Samie!!" and we both wave at them
