It is December 30th, the day before New Year's Eve. My mom is going out to a party with a couple of friends. Of course, I can't go, but she said that I could go over to one of my friends' houses if I wanted to. She is going to be gone for two days because the party is in New York City. She is leaving tonight. To be honest, I don't want her to leave, but she has the right to catch up with her friends and not just her daughter. Last night, she sang to the baby. I have decided that I am still going to name her Emelie. Emelie really doesn't like it when you put your hand on my belly. I can understand though because the room is very limited.

"Are you sure you will be okay here?"

"Yeah, I'll be fine. You go have fun and catch up with your friends."

"I will. Do you think you'll go over to anyone's house?"

"Probably Celeste's if anyone's."

"Okay."

Celeste said that I can come and spend the night. I am going over there right after my mom leaves and stay that night and the next. I am going to just drive my mom to the airport in my car. After I have all my stuff packed and my mom carries it out to the car, we leave. I drive to the airport. She gets out when I park and gives me a kiss and a hug through the window as paps are taking pictures. She puts her Adidas hat on and her sunglasses on and walks into the airport. I leave for Celeste's house. I had never been to her house so I had the GPS on my phone set to her address. When I pull into her driveway, I see her sitting on her porch. She meets me at my car and carries my bag into her house. When I walk into her house, I get a mean glare from a girl.

"Don't mind her. She's a Katy haters."

"Oh, you have no idea what I think of Katy haters."

"She'll get over it when she realizes how cool you are." I smile. We walk into her room and, to my surprise, the main color is pink

"Pink?"

"Yeah, it used to be my older sister's room. It's kind of grown on me."

"I don't even like pink all that much."

"You. Samie doesn't like pink. You seem like a girly girl. All girly girls like pink."

"Ehh. It doesn't compliment me as well as blue does."

"Of course. It has to make you look good."

"I mean, of course. When all cameras are on you, it becomes a big deal to look good."

"I honestly wouldn't care."

"I didn't think I would either." Her older sister walks passed me and whispers

"Devil worshiper."

"Excuse you. What did you just say?"

"You're a devil worshiper."

"No, I'm not."

"Oh, that comes as a surprise since your mom is the Devil."

"She's not the Devil. She's the head of the Illuminati. There's a difference." Her sister huffs and then walks away.

"Samie."

"I'm sorry. She offended me."

"Don't let her get to you. She's just a bitch."

"Do you want to go on a walk?"

"Sure." I didn't notice it, but I grabbed her hand. When I step out her house, I start to walk towards the beach. When we get there, there's already paps taking pictures of me, we are still holding hands. A fan walks up to me
