Chapter 35

Hange helped Eren out of the room following Marco to the bedroom. He opened the door to a queen sized bed, the room seemed clean enough for Hange's liking. "Eren I know you're in discomfort and Levi can help with that," Hange grabbed Levi's wrist and pulled him towards Eren. "Place your hands on the end of the bed and let Levi rub soft circles on your lower back that should help, I'll check how far you're along in a little," Hange explained while the both of them do as Hange told them.

After a good 5 minutes Eren's feet started to hurt and he wanted to lay down, Hange nodded and watched Levi help Eren into the bed pressing a kiss on his mates forehead. "Marco stay here, Levi get behind Eren and let his rest again your chest hold his legs by the bottom side of his knees." Hange commanded seeing how much pain Eren was in. "Okay Eren I need you to listen closely, I'm gonna have to feel how many centimeters you're along, Levi please try not to attack me, you've lost a lot of blood but I think the babies are okay," Hange explained pushing Eren legs apart a bit more. Levi held Eren's legs while the boy grabbed onto Levi's arms.

"I'm scared," Eren mumbled looking up at Levi. "I know love but you're okay, I'm here and Hange is here, I'm not gonna let anything happen to you," Levi reassure Eren. Eren smiled while Levi leaned into the boy giving him a long passionate kiss the first one they shared in months. For the first time Levi felt happy and content again. Eren moaned in discomfort feeling Hange's fingers against the rim of his hole. He watched Levi growl at the beta touching his mate's most private and delicate spot but quickly kissed him again. "It's okay," Eren mumbled weakly resting his forehead against Levi's lips hearing the growl disappear.

"Eren you're 10 centimeters along, I know you're scared but I don't have to tools to preform a C section, you're gonna have to start pushing with the contractions, and hold your breath while pushing," Hange explained looking at Marco who grabbed some old sheets and other things he found, he grabbed some pillows placing them on the desk so they had a place to lay the babies. Eren watched him run around the room his breathing quickening fast as he started to panic. "Eren look at me, you can hear and feel Levi's breathing right, it's calm and collected I need you to mimic it, you're breathing is way to fast," Hange said concerned placing one hand on his stomach hearing Levi growl. "Normally I wouldn't allow alphas being at the birth since they get like this but Levi your gonna have to control yourself." Hange said in a stern voice feeling around Eren's stomach.

"Okay Eren push," Levi leaned forward with Eren when Hange said push feeling the boy digging his nails into the alpha's arms while pushing like Hange asked him too. "Okay good good, 3 more seconds... 3...2...1, okay relax," Hange said one hand on his thigh the other right underneath Eren's asshole a baby head already visible. "The next one is gonna be a big one, the head is almost out," Hange said trying to hide her excitement while also being drop dead serious.

Eren pushed again as hard as he could for the last time before collapsing against Levi's chest. Not soon after he collapsed the room was filled with screaming and crying from a baby. Eren gasped at the sound watching Hange hold a baby. She quickly cut the umbilical cord before walking over to Eren and Levi placing the baby on Eren's chest. "It's a boy," Hange said while placing it down. "A-A boy," Eren mumbled feeling the baby squirm on his chest as the crying quickly vanished. Eren let go of his alpha's arms and holding his baby with his shaking hands. "Hi angel," Eren mumbled weakly petting the back of the boy's head while the baby searched for Eren's nipple his eyes still closed.

"He's beautiful," Levi said kissing Eren on his forehead. "He's ours," Eren said tears streaming down his face. "You have a little time before the second is coming along, can I," Hange asked holding her hands out. Eren held the baby boy close to his body growling at her while Levi also wrapped his arms around his mate and newborn baby boy. "I'm not gonna take him away from you forever, he's yours, I'm gonna have Marco clean him," Hange calmly explained. Though Levi also wasn't fond of the idea of giving his son to Hange only mere minutes after he was born, he nodded and gave Eren a kiss against his temple. "It's okay love, once you're done he'll be back in your arms," Eren nodded and handed Hange his baby boy. He kept a close eye on how Marco was cleaning him telling him multiple times to be careful while growling feeling Levi do the same.
