Ok I know I agreed to let Grant pay for the construction but I couldn't, gosh it was eating me up inside so I payed for it before he had the chance to. I feel a little guilty but not guilty enough to tell him.

I was on my morning walk with with Leo, I usually do in the evening because I work so early. However the shop was under construction so I could walk him in the morning. When we were on our walk Grant called
"Hel-"
"Get to my office right now!" he said sternly then hung up

I think he knows.
Since I wasn't too far from Reign Inc I walked there, but not before getting him some donuts.

I made it to the floor his office was on and went up to his secretary Gina. She was really nice and was the only one who never gave me any trouble when I came here.
"Good morning Ms.Atkins, Mr.Reign is waiting for you in his office"
"Thanks Gina" I said and I walked up to the huge wooden doors and knocked

"Come in" he said and Leo and I strolled in. He was pacing back and forth.
"Good morning I brought do-"
"Sit" he said and I placed the donuts on his desks and sat down as Leo laid in front of my feet

"So this morning I was in the phone with the CEO of L&M Property Solution, and I was about to wire the money to pay for your shops construction but he tells me it was already paid. Which came as a a shocker because I though we came to an agreement that I would pay for it. The I asked him what the name on the digital receipt said and the name came up as 'Aaria Satkins' " He said calmly but his eyes said otherwise

Ok I'll admit that it's not the best cover up name but it sounded pretty good at the time.

"I'm confused why you lied to me. Then you have the audacity to put the stupidest fucking cover up name known to man and come in here with donuts thinking it's going to make it better"
"I-" I tried to plead my case but he stopped me
"I'm not fucking finished" I rolled my eyes

"I understand that you're an independent women and I applaud you for that but it's the fact that you lied to me. If you think it's going to make a dent in my wallet it doesn't, here I make $5,000 in 1 minute."
I rolled my eyes
"If you roll your eyes again I'm bending you over this  office table" he said in a very serious tone, I almost rolled my eyes again but I caught myself

"As I was saying, because you payed for the construction I'm wiring $10,000 to your bank account" he said finally sitting down and I looked at him like he had 3 heads

"1. That's twice the amount of money that I spent and 2. How did you get my bank information?" I asked
"1. I don't care and 2. I have my ways" he said before taking a bite out of the donuts I brought. I thought he said donuts wouldn't make the situation any better.

I didn't say a word, took the rest of the donuts and was about to leave until Grant told me to come to him. I sighed and walked to him, he pulled me into his lap and placed kisses all over my face.
"I'm sorry for lecturing you"
"I'm sorry for lying to you, but I don't want the $10,000"
"You're getting the $10,000 wether you like it or not" he said shifting us so that he could start doing his work

I'll find a way to put it back in his account
"You're so bossy"
"You know I love to be in charge" he said smirking and I was about to say something when Jane from accounting came barging in, she looked me up and down in disgust and immediately rushed to Grant's side.

Let me tell y'all about Ms. Jane Forrester from accounting. So when Grant and I were just friends she had a very obvious crush on him and I encouraged him to go out in a date with her so he did. He couldn't stand her but she became obsessed with him. He blatantly turned her down multiple times after their date but she's um how do I put it... psycho.
