mall of krolva

"are we there yet?" the ackerman drawled, pacing beside his taller companion with his hands buried deep in the pockets of his tailored trousers.

levi was many things, but patient had never been one of them, especially when shopping was involved, so it wasn't a surprise to erwin when he had to answer the same question for the third time.

"have some patience, levi," he replied, unruffled."we're nearly there. just around the corner."

as they entered the bustling shopping mall, sunlight spilt through the high glass ceilings, scattering across the marble tiles. the air thrummed with the ambient hum of conversation, punctuated by the tapping of footsteps and the occasional chime of laughter.

rows of shimmering storefronts lined the corridors, displaying everything from vibrant couture to neatly stacked books. yet, despite the dazzling liveliness of it all, levi's attention remained elsewhere: the curious glances of passersby, mostly young girls, who couldn't help but stare at the pair.

"i see you've given yourself a haircut," erwin remarked casually,"it suits you."

levi grunted, studying his reflection in a nearby display.

"tch. could've been better."

florale welten

"welcome to florale welten."

moving into the rustic shop after his friend, levi was instantly hit with the smell of flowers—a mix of sweet orchids, earthy daffodils and hints of lavender. shelves made from rough-hewn wood were stacked with vases, pots, and arrangements in various stages of bloom. bouquets of vibrant colours hung from the ceiling, and long leafy vines cascaded down like natural curtains.

in the shop's heart, long oak tables displayed flowers grouped by colour and type, each labelled with chalkboard signs in looping cursive.

"what can i do for you today, gentlemen?" the florist greeted them cheerfully, but levi barely acknowledged her.
