The bake sale at your son's school is the most competitive thing you've ever been to. All the parents want to outdo each other, to show the rest of the kids that their kid has the best parent. While store-bought goods are forbidden to the event, it is frowned upon. The school just wants to see parents be involved in their child's school life as much as possible to soak up all the good memories.
Most of the other parents are super chill except for one: Dean Fucking Winchester. His daughter always has that attitude of "I'm better than you because my dad occasionally lets me drive his car". Your son always has something to say about her every time he comes home from school, but you just know it's because he has a crush on her.
You've only met Dean a couple of times, but you can definitely see where his daughter gets his obnoxiousness from. The bake sale has always been something you were better at than anyone else until Dean came along.
