Summary: The hunt for Dean keeps on dragging on until you get a lead that might be the one. What you find isn't what you hoped for.

Staring at the laptop in front of you, you hoped your search would lead you straight to him, or the angel possessing him. It's been about a month since Michael took over Dean's body and you haven't heard anything from him. Being his girlfriend, you weren't going to give up on him, not until your last dying breath.
Every lead you had ended up being a dead one, and every night you cried yourself to sleep because you knew Dean was scared. Michael betrayed Dean by breaking their deal and took him from everyone that loved him. That gave you all the more reason to find Michael, cast him out of Dean, and get your boyfriend back.
"We're going to find him," Sam said, bringing you out of your thoughts. A single tear left your eye as you leaned back in your chair.
"I know," you whispered. Sam took the seat across from you.
"I mean it. We will not stop until he is back here with us."
"What if he's dead?" you asked, your voice cracking at the end.
"No, he isn't. Michael wouldn't give up his strongest vessel and you know that."
"That's not what I mean and you know that. Castiel is using Jimmy's body but Jimmy's been dead for a long time now. What if we're too late?" you sobbed, putting your head in the palms of your hands.
"We're not going to be too late. We're not going to be," Sam said it twice. Once for you, and once for his reassurance. "We have cameras looking for him and they'll notify us when we get a match. It's a slow process, but we're going to get him."
"I miss him so much," you sniffled, wiping your tears away.
"I know you do. I do too," Sam sighed. He was about to say something else when your laptop beeped, signaling that they found a match. Quickly looking at it, you saw the love of your life's face on the screen, pixelated from the camera's quality, but you knew you that was him. You'd know that face anywhere.
"He's in Duluth. What's he doing there?" you asked, wiping the rest of your tears away.
"Let me see," Sam said, pulling the computer towards him. With a few clicks here and there, you were able to pinpoint exactly where Dean—Michael was.
"Come on, we need to go. Who knows how long he'll be in town for," you said before getting up and gathering your items.
"Cas! We got a lead!" Sam yelled for the angel.
"No, he can't come with," you suddenly said, looking at the hunter and the angel who just walked in.
"Why not?" Sam asked.
"As powerful as he is," Castiel answered for you, "he will sense my angelic presence from miles away. It'll ruin the surprise in a surprise attack."
"That's fine. We can get him on our own."
"I hope so," you muttered before shutting your laptop. There is work that still needs to be done.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"He better still be in here. This is the last known place that someone saw him," you whispered to Sam as you crept to the dirty warehouse.
"Come on, and be quiet," Sam said in a hushed voice. He led the way, gun trained in front of him. Following his lead, you walked around the building to try and find the best possible way inside. Creeping around the back, you saw the back door slightly open. Something about that gave you chills.
