Summary: Taking a break from the Winchesters, you take Spence Reid on a trip to the future to show just how one little decision can screw up his life in the long run.

"Please explain this to me one more time," Spencer pleads.

You knew this would happen as he hasn't dealt with someone like you ever. You lean back in your seat and cross your legs calmly. You two are in an empty conference room inside the BAU while you try to explain to him what exactly is going on.

"My name is Y/N, and I am time itself. If you remember the snap, then you know what the Infinity Stones are, and I was called here to keep you from making a mistake. I can alter time and create loops, travel through portals and dimensions, and do just about everything else. I have five siblings, all with different powers, yet we're all the same. I know it's a lot to take in, but I can prove it to you."

"How?" he asks.

He's about ready to arrest you and send you to a home for the mentally ill, so you have to be quick.

"You see this?" you ask and hold up your right wrist that holds the Time Stone. "This is the source of my powers."

There are papers on the conference table, so you direct the use of time on one of them. The Time stone shines brightly as you focus on turning back the clock on the piece of paper. Green symbols appear above your wrist as you work. The paper goes from its final form to what it was like before it ever became paper. Right in front of Spencer's eyes, the paper transforms into a tiny tree made from the bark it came from. You turn the clock forward and transform the tiny tree back into the piece of paper.

"Believe me now?" you ask.

"I know magic exists and super humans, but I didn't know this was possible" he gasps.

"Anything is possible, my dear."

"I never thought I would have to deal with something in all my life. Usually, the Avengers take care of stuff like this," he tries to process what is happening.

"I just go where I'm told," you shrug.

"What is it you want from me?"

"From you? No, it's what I can do for you. In exactly one week, you make a decision that will eventually lead to your death, and I'm here to prevent that from happening."

"Why me? If there are universes and realities, then why am I important?" he asks innocently.

"This Time Stone is what guides me. It tells me what to do, I do not control it. It told me to come here, so I'm doing exactly that. I just got done showing two brothers their past trying to save their future, so anything can happen, I guess."

"What are you going to do? How are you going to prevent me from making that decision?"

"I am here to show you the future. It's one of many, but all of them lead down the same road in one way or another. We need to go now, because Hotch is about to call you to the briefing room to present the case we're going to see. You need to go forward and get all the information you can before the briefing so you can decide what's best for your team."

"We have to go now?"

"I promise to return you to this exact second, so you're not going to miss anything. I have places to be and shit to fix, so we need to go now."
