-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Being with Dean Winchester was nothing short of boring. Most people would say he is a ladies' man and that he wouldn't know romance if it hit him in the face. But they would be wrong because Dean Winchester is the most romantic man you've ever come across. He always knew the right thing to say even though he didn't always know the right thing to do. It just showed you that he was human but he was your human.

He'd take you out on romantic drives, stopping in some field at night, away from all the city lights and anything that could compromise the beautiful night sky. He would take you on picnics behind the Bunker when the weather was nice. He'd drive you all the way to your favorite beach and spent a few days there. He swore that he wouldn't get another tattoo after the protection one, but he got another one for you. You actually got matching ones and only you knew about it.

He wasn't good with his words but he was good with his actions and everything he did for you, you knew it came out of love. He rarely told you that he loved you but he proved that he did every single day through his actions. You thought they spoke louder than words anyway. He wasn't perfect, no, but he tried to be the best man for you and that is why you loved him so much.

"Hey, sweetheart, you busy?" Dean asked once he came into your shared room to see you reading on the bed. You looked up from the latest James Patterson book he released and smiled at Dean.

"No, just reading. Why, what's up?" You put your bookmark on your spot and closed the book just as Dean sat on the edge of the bed.

"Wanna come with me to get some more food for this house? Sam is taking a nap and I didn't want to go alone."

"You never want to go alone. You're like a toddler," You teased him. He smiled and lightly chuckled, bowing his head.

"Yeah, yeah, make fun of me some more while I'm down,"

"You know I love you. Just let me change and we can go," You leaned forward and pecked his lips but he grabbed your face and brought you in for a much longer kiss. Dean's kisses had a language all on its own. He knew what he wanted them to say when he wanted them to say it. Sometimes they were filled with lust, love, comfort, or sadness. He made sure the kisses he gave you would leave you wanting more and that is exactly what happened when he pulled away from you.

He licked his lips and winked at you before getting up from the bed and leaving the room so you could change. You gulped and let out the breath you've been holding. You could feel your cheeks heat up but you got out of bed, throwing on some comfortable clothing before meeting Dean by the car.

It didn't take long to get to the store and when you got there, you and Dean both grabbed a cart. You knew you would be filling them both up since you didn't like going into town a lot. So, you tried to stock up as much as you could.

"Alright, I made sure I brought the list this time," You said to Dean and he nodded, going straight to the bakery section. You lightly laughed as he put multiple pies in his cart but you followed him around the store, slowing filling up his cart first before working yours.

You put five cases of toilet paper in your cart when you felt a body behind you. You turned around to see Dean staring at you with his curious green eyes.

"So, I made sure to get a lot of toilet paper. We don't need a repeat of what happened last time," You said with a smile, crossing that item off your list. You looked up to still see him staring at you.

"What?" You asked, wondering if you had something on your face.

"You're just so goddamn beautiful, you know that?" He quietly said. You blushed and looked down. Even after 3 years of dating him, his words could still get to you, making you blush like a virgin. You felt his fingers lift your chin up and his lips were on yours. You kissed him back, forgetting momentarily that you were in a store of people and families. You kissed him and was about to let out a moan of pleasure when you heard someone not-so-subtly clear their throat.

You pulled away from Dean and blushed, sending an apologetic look towards an elderly couple.

"Dean, we are in a store full of people," You whispered and turned back around, trying to cool off your hot cheeks.

"So?" Dean said, a smirk on his face. You shook your head and continued with your shopping. When your list was all crossed off, you got in line to check out when you began putting your things on the conveyor belt.

"Dean, you should get another cart because we will need it." You suggested and he nodded, bending down and kissing you. You pulled away before he could carry on and he laughed as he walked away. When it was your turn, Dean put the bags in the cart as the cashier bagged them. You paid for everything and thanked her, walking out to the car with Dean to put this all away.

"We should have brought one of the other cars," you stated as you filled up the trunk with the groceries. You were not looking forward to putting these items away but you knew you would get Sam and Dean to do it for you.

"It'll be fine," Dean said, making sure everything fit. You put the carts away and walked back to the car but before you could get in, Dean trapped you between him and the car door.

"What are you doing, Dean?" You asked as both of his hands rested by your head, on top of the car. He didn't answer you but leaned down and captured your lips with his. You loved the attention you were getting from him but he didn't normally act like this. You didn't seem to care as you opened your mouth to invite his tongue inside.

He made sure not a spot inside your mouth was left untouched by his tongue. He nipped at your lower lip and pulled it before letting it snap back in place. Just then, a car honked that made you two pull away from each other.

"Hey! Get a room!" an older man said from the front seat of his car.

"Bite me!" Dean retorted back.

"Okay, let's go home," You said before getting into the car. Dean complied and soon you two were on the road. At every stop sign and stop light, Dean kisses you, leaving you wanting more and more from him after each stop. You didn't know what was going on with him but you liked it.

You got back to the Bunker and by then, Sam was up and helping bring in everything.

"What, did you guys clean out the entire store?" Sam joked, bringing in the last of the bags.

"Hey, this will last us a while. I don't like going into town often so we stock up. Now, you two can put all this stuff away," You said with a smile, leaving the kitchen before they could say anything. You did enough for today and they didn't complain, putting everything away in record time.

Later that night, when you and Dean were in bed together, he had you pressed up against him, his lips on yours. You didn't do anything else but kiss him all night and you were curious as to why he was acting this way.

"Wait, wait, Dean," You said, pulling away from him.

"Did I do something wrong?" He asked, staring into your eyes.

"No, but I want to know why you've been acting this way all day today. I mean, I'm not complaining but you're not one for much PDA." Dean let out a tiny sigh and he moved some stray hairs away from your face, tucking them behind your ear.

"I like feeling like I'm home," He simply put.

"What do you mean?"

"You make me feel safe. You're my home," He confessed, looking down at your lips. Your heart clenched at his words and you pressed your lips to his, making sure he knew that you were never going anywhere.
