Characters: Sam x Reader, Dean
Warnings: This is just fluffy goodness
Summary: You've always had glasses/contacts. You never let anyone know especially Sam or Dean in fear of being kicked off the hunting team. But when you lose your contacts, will you suffer or just come clean?
                              -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You never had the perfect vision. You were always the one in your family to have glasses. Each year, you would have to go to the ophthalmologist, only to hear you had poor eyesight. It wasn't that you had poor eyesight, it was that you couldn't see anything far away. You had trouble reading the book at arm's length.
Quickly dodging the four eyes! insult from your classmates, you quickly adapted to contacts and have worn them ever since. Even after becoming a hunter, you kept your contacts in check because no one knew you wore glasses, not even Sam or Dean. You didn't know what they would do if they found out.
You didn't want them kicking you off the team because you couldn't see. You didn't want to end up like Velma, losing your glasses all the time and never being able to see. You didn't understand why that chick never got contacts.
You knew that Sam would be supportive of you if he found out since you two were dating but you never told him. It was easy hiding your glasses since Sam rarely went through your things without asking. Dean was a little nosy brat but even he kept his paws off your things. The only time you didn't wear your contacts is when you went to bed. But by then, Sam is so worn out that he doesn't realize what you're taking out of your eyes. There isn't even a problem in the mornings since he goes on his runs and is up before you're up.
You woke up to someone's lips on your cheek. Your eyes fluttered open and you saw Sam's face, his hair hanging down and lightly tickling your cheeks.
"Morning sunshine." He said with a smile.
"Hey, what time is it?" You asked, knowing he was already showered and dressed.
"About 9 am," Sam said, sitting on the edge of the bed, moving some of your hair away from your eyes.
"How was your run?" You asked, sitting up slightly. You rubbed your eyes to get the sleep off them and when you opened them, Sam was a bit blurry. But not so blurry that you couldn't see the dimples on his face.
                              "Sweaty." He laughed.
"Well, if you wanted to get sweaty, you didn't need a run for that." You said in a sultry tone, moving closer to him.
"Is that so?" He asked and captured your lips with his, not minding your morning breath. You knew he didn't care about that stuff but you did so you pulled away shortly after. He whined softly at the absence of your lips but you put a hand on his chest to reassure him.
"Let me brush my teeth and get dressed. I'll meet you in the kitchen where hopefully breakfast will be waiting?" You asked, hopeful.
"You got it." He chuckled before standing up. You smiled and watched him walk away. The more he retreated, the blurrier he got. You sighed and reached into your makeup case to retrieve your contact lenses case before getting up and leaving Sam's room. You knew where you were going but it didn't help that everything was blurry. You managed to make it to the bathroom and you closed the door, locking it.
You hopped in the shower and was out of it 10 minutes later. You dried and moisturized yourself, walking to the sink when you finished. You washed your hands and took out your contacts, putting your left one in easily. You smiled when you could clearly see yourself through your left eye.
