The results were all clear. No injury or anything. That's what the doctor told me a week ago.

A week. Isang linggo ko ng hindi nakikita si Pochi, her last text was...

Pochi:
Mag-iingat sa niyog. See you when I see you. 😊

And I am the one who sent the last message in our conversation.

Me:
I will. And kung kailangan mo ng gamot, just text me. I will deliver it to you. See you.

"Oh, may katext ka? Nakamove on ka na?"

Napaangat ang tingin ko sa aking manager na si Tim. He's telling me about the tour that I'll be doing all over the country. Kanina pa siya salita nang salita but I miss Pochi.

Umiling ako sa kaniya.

"Wala akong katext, itetext ko pa lang. And to answer your second question... Naka-move on na ako." I smiled at him.

Nagkibit-balikat siya at nagpaalala sa magiging hectic schedule. Paano ako poporma nito kung busy ako?

Kakapalan ko na lang ang aking mukha sa pakikipag-text sa kaniya. I hope I won't interrupt her with her thing.

Me:
Where are you?

Date agad habang may time pa. I grinned when Pochi instantly replied. Napasimangot din nang makita ang laman ng message.

Pochi:
Singapore

Ano kaya ang ginagawa niya roon?

Me:
What are you doing?

One... two.........twenty... twenty-one... twenty-two. I stopped counting when her text arrived.

Pochi:
I'm eating my favorite ice cream. 😊

Me:
At Uncle Chieng's?

Just a wild guess. I love the ice cream there.  Napangiti ako nang maalala na huling punta ko roon ay nakaubos ako ng pito. Medyo matagal pa bago nakareply si Pochi. Panigurado ay kumakain ng ice cream. I suddenly want to go there.

Pochi:
How did you know? Are you around the area?

Me:
Hula lang. I am not there but I want to go there. They are selling the best ice cream in the world.

Pochi:
No way. Fave mo rin?

Me:
Yes way.

I smiled at our exchange of messages.
