Jimin is staying with his younger brother in their on campus apartment. Jimin is a senior in college while his brother Jihyun was a junior

Jimin enjoyed staying with Jihyun in the dorm room till he had a new neighbor by the name of Jungkook

The first time they met, Jimin offered to help the boy move in after the initial introduction and when Jungkook passed suggestive remarks on his ass, Jimin frowned. He didn't like this over confident, disrespectful younger boy

And what made  Jimin hate Jungkook even more was the fact that Jihyun chose to spend time with Jungkook than him

Jungkook had the typical bad boy vibe. He has huge tattoos all over his arms. People generally had a stigma against it. Jungkook would be seen occasionally drinking in the college hallways with his friends or doing bike stunts on campus grounds. All of this just made Jimin want to stay away from the man and even warned his neighbor to stop trying to flirt with him

 But did Jungkook stop? No, he enjoyed watching the annoyance on Jimin’s face 

Jungkook was smart, smarter than a scholarship student like Jimin even and that just made Jimin hate him more. Why? Was he jealous? No. But Jungkook got away with everything without even trying while Jimin had to work his ass off

Jungkook likes Jimin from the moment he saw him. He became close to Jihyun just so he could get to know Jimin more - his likes, his dislikes. 

Jungkook learned how to cook just so he could prepare delicious meals for Jimin, which of course consisted of Jimin’s favorites 

"You didn't poison it, did you?" Jimin is skeptical

"I just had a ton of food left over after my party… don't think too much of yourself… as if I would have time to think of you and want to kill you… you are not worth it!" 

Then another time he would bring in new clothes and throw at Jimin, once the boy opened the door. Jihyun at this point started staying over at his boyfriend's apartment 

"These are too small for me…" Jungkook would say

"Then why did you buy it?" Jimin would ask 

"It was buy one get one free… I didn't pay for it and they won't take it back…"

"Fine!"

Then another time,

"I got this free at the mall. It's not my style of jewellery but I think this will suit you… and your weird tastes…" 

Jungkook smiled whenever he saw Jimin wear anything he had bought for Jimin. Noone needed to know he had the exact same set of clothing or jewelry

Jungkook coming over to flirt was usual now. Jimin stopped fighting against it and accepted it as norm

"Jungkook...not today… I have a ton of assignments I need to do …" Jimin looked pale 

"Are you okay?" Jungkook was concerned "...why can't you do it tomorrow… it's the weekend anyway"

"Yea...just got a slight nose block and headache…" Jimin shrugs "...and I can't do it tomorrow… I have to submit it tonight…"

"Then rest for sometime…"

"I can't, I have a lot…"

Jungkook interrupts him "Why don't you sleep for an hour? I will wake you up after I cook up some soup…I promise"

Jimin sighs as he gets to bed. Jungkook could be very assertive and he had no energy to fight 

But Jungkook breaks his promise

Jimin wakes up and sees Jungkook sleeping next to him and the boy freaks out 

Jungkook wakes up at that. Jimin was angry 

"You promised you would wake me up…" Jimin had angry tears streaming down his face 

"I'm sorry… I…"

"Get out!"

"Jimin..listen…"

"I said get out! I don't want to see your face ever again!" Jimin slams the door on Jungkook's face

Jimin calls his professor with a heavy heart. He was in this college on a scholarship, he had certain responsibilities he had to fulfill to maintain that 

"Jimin! I liked your essay… it was so unlike your usual style but still it's great… and if you need more time to improvise… you can make it… Mr Kim said you were helping Mr Jeon with his assignments so you will get an extension…."

Mr Kim is Jungkook's uncle, another professor at the University 

Jimin was happy of course but more than that he was disappointed in himself for blaming Jungkook for something that was not his responsibility. If he needed to wake up, he should have set the alarm himself

Jimin gasps when Jungkook opens the door. The man looked tired and he had swollen eyes 

"Jungkook...are you okay?"

"Yea…" Jungkook invited the boy inside

"I'm sorry about earlier …" Jimin feels embarrassed ".. thank you for what you did.. you really didn't need to do that…" Jimin apologizes 

"I know... I wanted to" Jungkook says with a soft smile 

"Why?" 

"I didn't like seeing you so stressed about your assignments... I wanted to help…"

"Why?" 

Jungkook sighs. Jimin was being insistent "...I like you Jimin... have, from the first time I saw you .."

Jimin's eyes grew wide 

To be honest Jimin liked the annoying junior too. Jungkook gave him his attention, made the boy feel wanted and Jimin liked that. Jungkook could be very charming when he wanted to be. It was hard not to fall for the man

"I know I started off with the wrong first impression…I started irritating you because I thought you were judging me on the basis of my tattoos and so I was mad at you..... then Jihyun told me that you are mad at me only because he was spending time with me and not you... that you don't actually judge people based on what their choices are in life... Jihyun even told me that you have a tattoo on your shoulder... so it wasn’t that….I wanted to apologize and start on a good note.... but by then I had already started bugging you and I didn't know how to stop...." 

Jimin kisses him quickly to stop his  rapping "..... that's how you stop...you talk too much" 

Jungkook  grins  as he bites his lips - Jimin was red "... really? I think I forgot how to stop... show me again.." Jungkook teases as he pulls Jimin into his arms 

"No!" 

"Fine, then I guess you are not grateful for last night. Poor me… I did your assignments and even took care of your sick self…." Jungkook sighs 

"Jungkook... I... I'm sorry... I am grateful….I…" Jimin panics 

Jungkook shuts him up with a kiss 

"You talk too much.." Jungkook says making Jimin blush "...Will you be my boyfriend?"

Jimin nods his head 

"I love you Jimin"

"I love you too Jungkook"
