"Could you drop off the books that are in my wardrobe at the orphanage? I can't make it today, as I have an important meeting ..." Namjoon says apologetically "...Jin will be there... I will let him know that you will be coming..." 

"Sure hyung... that's no problem. Just text me the location" Jungkook replies 

Jungkook is Namjoon's best friend and roommate. Jin is Namjoon's boyfriend, who often volunteered at BangTan orphanage. 

Fck! Why did I agree? I just wanted to relax with my video games but I can't say no to hyung - Jungkook pouts as he drives to the orphanage

Now where do I find Jin hyung? Let's see - Jungkook wonders around the block till someone at a distance catches his eyes 

A boy was talking, or in fact communicating through sign language with someone. Jungkook's heart skipped a beat seeing the tiny boy smile. It was indeed breathtaking. Jungkook doesn't know how long he had been staring at the boy that was till Jin came up behind him and surprised him 

"Oh Jungkook, you are here... could you please carry the packages to the first floor..you can drop them in front of room 106. I will be right over..." 

Jungkook sighs when he glances behind and doesn't see the boy anymore. He hurriedly goes to room 106 and drops off the books and rushes back down. 

Just as Jungkook walked towards his car, he saw Jin with the other two boys from before. The cute tiny boy was laughing and trying to cover his mouth with his tiny hands. Jungkook found that adorable. Jin started talking to them in sign language and that's when it clicked Jungkook that the boy he was crushing on was either deaf or mute or possibly both. 

It was love at first sight for Jungkook and he was determined to make the biy fall for him as well but before that he needed to learn sign language. 

Jungkook is a fast learner and if he put his mind to it, he would do anything. Learning sign language was a piece of cake for him.

Few weeks later 

Jungkook approaches the tiny boy at the orphanage. He had got to know from Jin that the boy, Jimin, volunteered every Saturday and Sunday. 

Hi, I'm Jungkook - Jungkook signs to the boy 

Hi - the boy signs smiling - I'm Jimin. How can I help you? 

Can I take you out on a date? - Jimin's eyes widens - I know that you know nothing about me but to be honest I fell for you the day I saw you and only today I had the guts to ask you out. 

Jimin stood shocked 

Please It's just one date. If you still don't like me then I won't bother you. 

Jungkook sighs when Jimin doesn't respond 

Okay. I get it. I'm sorry - Jungkook signs and turns around but Jimin stops him 

Sorry. I was just too shocked. But - Jimin shyly smiles - I would love to go on a date with you - Jimin signs and Jungkook couldn't help but flash his bunny smile 

They exchange numbers

Later 

Jimin texts Jungkook that he would directly meet the man inside the fancy restaurant that Jungkook reserved for them. 

Soon 

Jungkook smiles when he sees the waiter guide Jimin towards their table. Jungkook stands up and pulls up a chair for Jimin to sit on 

Thank you - Jimin signs 

You're welcome, beautiful- Jungkook signs making Jimin blush 

"Would you like to order now sir or I will come back in 10 minutes?" The waiter asks Jungkook 

But before Jungkook could answer 

"10 minutes please..." Jimin smiles sweetly at the waiter, who leaves feeling a bit confused 

Jimim turns to look at Jungkook who sat looking shocked 

Jimin waves his hands in front of the man's face, making Jungkook come back to reality 

"You are not deaf or mute?!" 

It was Jimin's turn to be shocked 

"W-What?...  you can hear and speak?!" 

There was silence for a second before they both spoke at the same time 

"What?" 

They both laugh 

Jungkook speaks first 

"The first time I saw you... you were talking in sign language so I just assumed...besides Jin hyung never corrected me when I kept asking him about you.."Jungkook sighs "...if I had known I would have asked you out that day itself rather than spending weeks learning the language..." 

"Hmm... and why did you struggle this much?" Jimin wonders out loud 

"To ask you out on a date" Jungkook replies as a matter of fact 

Jimin smiles at that "... I'm glad to know that you don't mind people with disabilities..." 

"That's not their fault... disabilities don't define a person... their heart does" Jungkook says making Jimin smile wider 

Jungkook frowns when he sees the boy stand up and gesturing to him to follow him "...Where are you going?" 

"To my place... to start our first date as boyfriends..." 

Jungkook's eyes widened at that "...seriously?!" 

Jimin hums as they both head out "...knowing this much about you is enough to make me go crazy over you.. Jin hyung had told me a lot about you too, about how generous and kind you are... I don’t mind risking my first relationship with you...I strangely trust you..." 

"I trust you too..." Jungkook says interlacing his fingers with Jimin's
