Jimin and Jungkook are in an arranged marriage, both agreeing to it as per their families wishes. Through the course of their marriage, they both develop feelings for the other, though both are reluctant to confess.

Jungkook is overall the silent type while Jimin is the one doing all the talking. It's not like the man is arrogant or rude, he gives his time to his tiny husband as much as he can. They were comfortable with each other - Jungkook would kiss the boy's forehead everyday before he left for work and Jimin would shyly kiss the man's cheek back. They were happy even though they didn't consummate their relationship- they both didn't want it yet, they wanted to explore who the other was slowly.

Jungkook is working on his laptop on his bed when he hears Jimin's laptop keep buzzing with messages on telegram. Jimin's laptop was on the bed next to Jungkook while the boy took a bath. Jungkook wasn't nosy by nature but the sound was distracting and so he peeps in to see that those messages were just gifs from Jimin's best friend Taehyung. Jungkook rolls his eyes as he goes to mute the notifications but then he notices that below Taehyung's message, there were conversations between Jimin and a person with a ❤ emoji.

Jungkook contemplates whether to open them or not - last message from Jimin to this person bothered him- Of course the cold man is cold.I don't even know why I am with him 😑...but I can't wait to eat ramyeon with you, daddy 😏.

Jungkook opens the message to see the second last message from the ❤ guy - baby boy, come home soon, forget the cold man, he is always too busy... but me...I'm ready for you baby. I'm already hard for you.

Jungkook's heart literally broke - he hates me?

Just then Jimin gets out of the bathroom

"Oh Jungkook... done with work already?"

Jungkook gets out of bed with his laptop and slams the door without another word

After a while, Jimin goes to Jungkook's study to call him to bed but Jungkook coldly refuses saying he has work.

Definitely office stress - Jimin sighs as he goes back to bed

The next day, Jungkook doesn't eat Jimin's breakfast that the boy made for him nor does he kiss the boy goodbye. Jimin was definitely hurt but he tried to be understanding

This unfortunately went on for 3 more days and Jimin couldn't take it anymore.

"....I love him Tae... I love him so much.... I miss him.. how will I tell this to Jungkook?... I'm scared... especially with the way he is being now..."

Jungkook's heart broke hearing that. The man had just gotten home from the office and overhears Jimin talking to Taehyung on the phone

And then Jungkook is pissed. He becomes even more cold towards his husband for loving someone else. Jimin is hurt even more as the days go by. It was a total of 6 days now and so Jimin decides to finally confront the man on why he changed all of a sudden.

Sunday evening

"Can we talk...please?" Jimin asks when Jungkook gets out of his study finally.

Jungkook's heart beats fast. He is afraid that Jimin was going to demand a divorce from him and so he immediately leaves, only to stop in his tracks when he hears Jimin let out a sob

"Why.. Why can't you listen to me?" Jimin cries, his voice cracking making Jungkook turn around surprised

It hurt. It hurt to see his tiny husband cry

"Jimin..."

"All I want is for my husband to listen to me..but you always ignore me.... what did I do.... Do you hate me so much.... is it too wrong to wish that my husband loves me back?" Jimin couldn't stop sobbing

Jungkook stood frozen "Love?....back?"

Jungkook gulps. He is nervous. Did he hear right?

"What did you say?"

Jimin is shaking his head, crying

"What did you mean by love me back?!" Jungkook demands, holding Jimin's shoulders

Jimin is whimpering as he still cries "... I love you..."

"What?! Then what about that guy on telegram that you were messaging a week back?! Wasn't he your love?!" Jungkook yells in frustration. He didn't want Jimin to take back those words but he wanted to know who the other man was

"W-What? What are you talking about?" Jimin is confused

"On your laptop... I saw..." Jungkook says "...bring it... I will show you..."

"I have telegram on my phone..." Jimin says handing Jungkook the phone after swiping the password

"This one..." Jungkook shoves the phone in Jimin's face

Jimin looks at it confused and then giggles reading it

"Did you read it from the beginning?"

Tae? Baby is that you? This isn't your number... I tried calling you but it was unavailable

Baby, I broke my phone today 😩. I am messaging you from Jiminie's telegram

Oh ok baby. I will ask Yoongi to buy you the best phone in the market, okay?. Don't be upset.

Hmmm... is Mr cold still upset with me for sleeping off without kissing him last night? He didn't even talk to me this morning

He still cares about you babe. BTW, are you wearing that vibrator still?

"I love you more... and I'm sorry for misunderstanding you and not talking to you sooner... This makes me realize how fragile a relationship is without actual talk. I promise..." Jungkook cups the boy's face "...I promise to listen more and communicate more... and not hide anything from you the next time..." Jungkook kisses the boy's forehead "...I love you"

Jimin's hold on Jungkook's waist tightens "...I love you too..."

"Is it okay if I make you mine officially tonight?" Jungkook asks, pulling away a bit to see Jimin's reddening face "....I don't think I can control myself anymore..."

Jimin smiles softly as he tiptoes to kiss the man "...neither can I"

Jungkook flashes his bunny smile as he smoothly lifts Jimin into his arms and goes to their bedroom

"You are beautiful... you know..." Jungkook says gently laying Jimin down on their bed "...I'm really lucky to have you... really lucky to call you mine..."

Jimin smiles, his eyes filling up with happiness tears "...I'm lucky too...thank you for being mine..." a tear rolls down Jimin's cheek

Jungkook leans down to kiss the tear away, his own eyes moistening a bit as he looks at the vulnerable boy "...thank you for being you..."
