Jimin's eyes widen when Mrs Jeon asks him if he was okay marrying Jungkook. 

Jungkook is Jimin's boss. Jimin is his secretary. Mrs Jeon was amused when she came to know Jungkook didn't fire his latest secretary and she goes to check on this wonder. She was definitely impressed with Jimin's mature nature, elegant mannerisms, professionalism and beauty. 

She and Jimin had managed to come to a good relationship whenever she came to frequent the office, which was too often, people were suspicious. 

Mrs Jeon liked Jimin for her cold hearted arrogant son and so she asked Jimin about his opinion. 

Now Jimin had nothing against his boss. Even if Jungkook was cold to people, Jungkook never scolded him and even gave him time off work earlier if Jimin appeared tired. But to marry him, Jimin wasn't so sure about that. Jimin didn't know what to say to the lady who sat in front of him with puppy dog eyes. Jimin knew even if he said yes, Jungkook couldn't be forced to do something as serious as marriage, against his will and so with such reassurance Jimin agreed to the marriage. 

You see Mrs Jeon has already talked to Jimin's parents about the proposal and they had agreed to it if Jimin agreed as well.

Jimin gulps when Jungkook enters the office room

"So about the proposal, Jimin said yes!" His mom says excited

Jungkook looks over at Jimin, who suddenly turns his head away 

"Fine! I will marry him"

Jimin's eyes widen as he turns to face the taller. Jungkook didn't look bothered with how excited his mom was about the acceptance

"Jimin?" Jungkook's voice brings Jimin back to reality 

"Y-Yes?"

"Get back to work"

Jimin groans - why did he say yes? He had hoped Jungkook would be the one to reject him

Jungkook was still cold after the marriage but Jimin could see the man was trying really hard to be more considerate of him and Jimin appreciated the effort. 

Jungkook has always been in competition with himself, always trying to better himself and be the best in everything. He couldn't tolerate any nonsense or childishness except when it came to Jimin 

It was hard for Jungkook to show his emotions. To survive in this competitive world, he had to suppress his emotions and feelings a lot and it was hard for the man to suddenly show forth what he was feeling towards Jimin.

Jungkook's mom wanted kids and wanted Jimin to stay home after marriage but Jungkook wouldn't allow it. He didn't want to be away form his husband and have another secretary 

Jimin could see how Jungkook tried to be more involved in household chores. Jungkook always had maids even as he lived as a bachelor in his apartment for cleaning and cooking. But after marriage Jimin made Jungkook fire the maid, Jungkook wanted the maid to help Jimin but Jimin didn't find it necessary to waste money like that. He was used to taking care of his house for years now. He didn't need the help. 

Jungkook ended up helping Jimin around the house, even if Jimin insisted that he was fine doing it alone. 

The only thing Jimin really wanted was to see a smile on Jungkook's  usual expressionless face 

Everything was well with the couple. They sleep together on the same bed, have meals together, watch TV together, they spend time together but Jimin didn't know if it really meant something other than the title he held now. They haven't even kissed.

Then one day Jungkook insists Jimin to go with him to a business meeting in Seoul. It was an important meeting but Jimin really didn't need to be there. It was to be held between Jungkook and Taehyung, Jungkook's long term business partner. It would be casual but important 

Jimin doesn't know why but Taehyung, whenever they had met in the past, gave him a very bad vibe. Not that Taehyung was going to harm the company or anything. But he feared his safety around the man. Jimin never told Jungkook about it as it could very well be his mind playing tricks on him. Taehyung was a clingy flirty person in general

Jungkook who was usually observant when it came to other people coming close to his husband, strangely never noticed anything odd in Taehyung's behavior towards Jimin. Jungkook was more focused on how to close the new deal with the other man. 

Jimin was uncomfortable with the way Taehyung would pass suggestive remarks toward him, when Jungkook wasn't paying attention. Jimin has enough when Taehyung squeezes his leg under the table. He excuses himself to the restroom. 

Taehyung excuses himself after a minute saying he needed to make a quick call and follows after Jimin, pinning the tiny boy to the wall in the washroom

Jimin panicked

Jimin tries to scream for help but the man closes his mouth with the tie Taehyung removed on his way

It's been 5 minutes since Jimin left for the bathroom. Why isn't he here? Is he okay? - Jungkook calls the boy but his calls go unanswered. Jungkook then decides to check up on Jimin. The boy was looking a bit pale while they were dining. 

Jungkook was confused  when he heard some muffled sound from the bathroom. There was a sign outside the bathroom saying it was closed for maintenance. He decides to call Jimin again and he could hear Jimin’s phone ring. Jungkook immediately opens the door and the sight in front of him broke him

Jimin was gagged and his hands were tied with a belt. The poor boy was crying as he struggled to fight against the taller man. Taehyung had managed to rip off Jimin's shirt 

Jungkook saw red 

He immediately rushes over and punches the man unconscious. His actions were interrupted when he heard his tiny husband's muffled shouts. Jungkook yells out for the staff as he removes his coat and covers Jimin before untying and ungagging him. 

Jungkook calms the boy who was shaking in his arms and carries him to their hotel room upstairs, while he spoke soothing words 

Taehyung was arrested

"You will lose the deal because of me…" Jimin is crying again 

"Are you fcking serious right now?!" Jungkook was angry. He was really upset that Jimin was prioritizing a deal over what happened "....He could have rped you!... he fcking touched what is mine!..." Jungkook's voice softens when he sees the shock in Jimin's eyes at his outburst "...he hurt you Jimin... he hurt you... I can't forgive anyone who dared to disrespect you and make you cry…" Jungkook says wiping away Jimin's tears 

"I'm sorry that I forced you to come when you didn't want to…" Jungkook's voice was filled with regret 

"No.. it's not.. I should have told you before when Taehyung flirted with me that I was uncomfortable…"

Jimin then goes on to say how he has always been uncomfortable around the man. 

Jungkook cries as he hugs the boy " i'm sorry because of me... you didn't even feel it safe to tell me that you are  uncomfortable... i'm your husband .. don't you trust me? Am I such a bad person?"  

"No …."

"Then why didn't you tell me anything?! I could have protected you… I could have canceled all relationships with him…" 

"Why would you do that? You could lose everything you worked so hard for…"

Jungkook tears up when Jimin again blames himself for making Jungkook lose a good business relationship 

"No one should touch you without your consent... fck money! What's the point of money if my love is hurt by this?"

"Love..?" Jimin looks at Jungkook with his puppy dog eyes 

"I love you…" Jungkook cups the boy's face "....will you give me a chance to show you how much I love you?"

Jimin smiles as he nods his head  "I love you too"
