Stepping into the shower, dannon wrapped his arms around me from behind "we used to do this all the time" I smiled "we did, our excuse was we're saving water but the shower was never short" "it was never long enough" dannon placed a kiss on my shoulder then turned me around his hand sitting on my face as he looked into my eyes. "No time with you is long enough. I missed out on so many years having you with me, seeing your beautiful eyes look into mine, your beautiful smile as you look my way, feeling your hand in mine, hearing you laugh And even cry with happiness. Going to grab the shower head, he ran his hand up my side. Getting the shower head, I rinsed his body then put it back on the holder.
"We all done. We should.." dannon pressed his lips on mine as his hands moved to my lower back then to my butt lifting me up like I weighed nothing. Putting my arms over his shoulders and my legs around his waist, he gently pushed me against the wall. Kissing me with more heat, he removed his hand from my side. Walking to the kitchen, all eyes moved to us and I stopped and whispered so no one else could hear "dannon I.." Hearing his steps across the patio towards me, I had this urge to run but fought against it. Dannon moved around in front of me putting his hand to my chin raising my head. "it's alright, I won't make you go back in there" I nodded "I can't do it dannon, I'm.." dannon wrapped his arms around me. I hate this fear that runs through me, feeling like I am trapped. "Nothing is going to happen okay" "I'd like to just be normal" "you are with a past but we will work through it together, one step at a time" I nodded "I will go get you some food, where do you want to sit?" "I will go to the pond but I will wait up here until you bring some out" "I'd like to join you" "you should spend some time with them" "no Bridie" "yes, I know you don't want to go back to san diego until I am ready. you should spend some time with them" dannon just went silent but held me tight. "I will go get some breakfast" "okay thankyou".

Dannon left to go get breakfast while I looked out over the railing at the property. I need to get better I need to stop this.
"Bridie" instantly turning, I looked at maddox. He had his hands up like he was showing me he isn't going to hurt me. "You can lower your hands maddox" "I just wanted you to know I am not going to hurt you" I nodded "are you feeling okay?" "I don't know how to answer that" "you are a mess mentally?" "Would you like to come sit down?" "Not inside" "no just us, out here" I nodded.
Both of us taking a seat, maddox sat opposite me.
"Did john help?" "He asked a lot of questions" "that's what he does, he needs to get to the bottom of the problem to help you work through it. How were you after the session?" "Drained. It was the first time I have spoke about it" "how did you handle it?" "I was a blabbering mess, I don't even know if he understood everything I said" "and things with you and dannon?" "We are working on it. there's always this doubt in the back of my mind. The guy I love is the one that did this to me and yet.." You are also family, so if you ever need to talk or just need anything at all let one of us know and we'll be there for you. Speak to dannon about the way you feel. he has always been there for you and nothing will change that. Yes he made a mistake, one that cost you your freedom as such and him his sanity but you two make each other, you are stronger together" I nodded not sure what to say "just try do that okay and block those thoughts out.
