"apollo" I looked at apollo as he walked out "that's a good thing she called out to him" I nodded "yeah".
"We should wrap this up soon, another day on the hunt tomorrow plus other things" "yeah another drink first".
Seeing apollo walk back in he had a look of disappointment on his face.
"Everything okay out there?" "Bridie is talking about donny" "why donny" "don't know. she questioned me on when I had heard donny and jamee talking. she didn't seem happy" shit.
Walking to the edge of the kitchen, I looked at Bridie.
"yeah thought as much. He's a selfish prick and deserves that gun to his head" "bridie" Bridie looked straight at me "everything okay?" "Yeah just having a conversation with maddox" "about?" "The past" "why are you angry?" She just shook her head and maddox spoke "Because of donny" Bridie then looked at maddox "you didn't answer me" "No you wouldn't have but.." "but what. He was afraid, a coward?" "He didn't want to hurt dannon" "right" "look he fucked up yes but he is family Bridie. you need to understand that. We all make mistakes" "That wasn't a mistake that was him being a coward" "a mistake on his part" "a mistake?" Bridie just scoffed and shook her head. She definitely isn't happy although I could already hear that in her tone.
"I think you should go rest" "if I wanted to rest I would. Thanks for the chat maddox and all your help. Enjoy your drink".
Bridie stood up and walked out to the lounge. "Well that went well" "she isn't angry at you" "I know that, other wise she wouldn't have thanked me" I nodded "I better go speak to her" "I don't think it's a good idea if donny is near her right now" "yeah".
She has a right to be angry. I know what is going through her head. If donny spoke up things may not have been so bad.
Walking out to the lounge she wasn't in there. Walking out side, I could hear the music in the garage blasting. She is working off steam and my bet the door is locked.
Grabbing the keys out of my pocket, I opened the door then closed it. Walking up behind her I spoke to her "Bridie" Bridie turned around looking at me. With out saying anything, I grabbed her hands taking the gloves off and threw them on the bench. "Let's go" holding her hand she didn't say a word as we walked back in the house and up the stairs to our room. Closing the door, I locked it then walked with her to the bathroom. Letting her hand go, I stripped her out of her clothes then took mine off and turned the shower on. Grabbing her hand, we both stepped in and I pulled her close. None of us needed to say anything, I know what's going through her mind and I plan to change that train of thought. Holding her from behind Bridie closed her eyes taking in the feeling of the water over her gorgeous body. The tattoos look absolutely perfect on her. I still believe she didn't need to cover them but if they block the ugly thoughts out of her mind I don't care. Pushing her long blonde hair to the side, I lightly kissed her neck. bridie giving me access by tilting her head, I sucked lightly while moving my hands up her thighs over her hips and stomach. I knew her mind was off those thoughts. Now she is all mine mentally and physically. Keeping my hands on her, I moved around in front of her, her beautiful blue eyes looking into mine instantly.
Picking her up, she put her legs around my waist and her arms over my shoulders. Turning the shower off, I slammed my lips on hers carrying her to the room. Never breaking from her lips, I lowered her to the bed.

Bridie

I have no idea when we got to sleep but opening my eyes dannon was gone. Sitting up I then got out of bed. I didnt know how to feel. The only reason he made love to me last night was to take my mind off everything. I don't want him to do that, I'm not just a toy he can play with.
Getting dressed, I fixed my hair, grabbed my phone and money then headed downstairs to the kitchen.
"Morning Bridie" "morning pauline" "sir has gone out. he told me to tell you he will be back later" I nodded "do you know where he keeps the keys?" "Same place as always" "thank you pauline".
Making myself a coffee in a travel cup, I found a set of keys then headed out the back. Pressing the unlock button on the key, the civic unlocked. Looks like I am taking the civic. I don't know where I am going but I'm not staying in the house.
Getting in the car, I started her up then put my belt on.
'time to go'.
Leaving the premises, I didn't know where I was heading but just driving around felt relaxing. Heading down town, I noticed dannons car sitting near the grande cafe. Pulling into the car park across the road, I just looked around. Seeing him walk out of the cafe with a woman I didn't know, he had his arm around her. She is a very attractive woman. long dark hair dressed in a tight black skirt that sat just above her knees and a white shirt. I cant watch this. Starting the car up, I pulled out. Seeing dannon look my way, I took off. I need to get out of here I can't jump to conclusions she could be a friend I don't know about.
I need to speak with maddox.

"Bridie how are you feeling?" "I'm fine, what are you doing?" "At the hotel, do you need me?" "No just calling to chat" "are you driving?" "Yes" "don't talk and drive" "you are on speaker" "where are you going?" "Haven't decided yet" "so you are driving because?" "To get out of the house. Do you know a woman with long dark hair, very attractive woman?" "Hmm tall?" "About dannons height with heels on" "sounds like rosa" "who is rosa?" "A friend of dannons" "alright" "why?, Did you meet her?" "No I didn't meet her. Dannon left this morning to go see her. By chance I seen his car down the street. He walked out of the cafe with his arm around her" "hmm alright, are you okay?" "Yeah, I'm just driving" "be safe" "I will".

Dannon

"Thanks for the coffee" "that's alright it was good to see you rosa" "yes you too, we should do this more often. It gets a little lonely you know" seeing my civic pull out of the car park, it took off down the road. Shit, that would've been Bridie.
"That won't be possible rosa. With work and my partner, I am always busy" "your partner? I didn't know you had a partner dannon" "yes. the love of my life. I need to go" "take care dannon. I hope I see you soon".

Getting in my car, I drove straight back to the house I need to speak with Bridie. I just hope she hasn't jumped to conclusions.
Pulling in the drive way, the civic wasn't here which means she didn't come back.
What the hell could she be doing?. I will go see if she spoke with pauline.
Walking in the house, pauline was in the lounge.
"Hi sir" "hi Pauline did you pass on my message this morning?" "Yes Bridie left after that" "did she mention where she was going?" "No she didn't mention that she was going out. Only asked where you keep the keys" "okay thanks. do you know when she left?" "Around nine" I nodded "thanks" "that's okay sir".
So she got up and left. I can't work out what would be going through her head. Thinking about it for a while, it clicked. I haven't left her side until she has woke up before and then she had seen me with rosa she probably thinks I just slept with her last night to take her mind off other things then went to see another woman. This is not good. Rosa only called early this morning and I figured I'd let Bridie sleep. I need to find her.

"Dannon" "apollo, is the tracker still on the civic?" "Yes" "trace it" "has it gone missing?" "No Bridie is driving it" "give me a minute" waiting for apollo to find the location felt like forever. "She is just driving around the city" "she hasn't stopped?" "No" "where in the city?" "Maple drive at this stage" "alright thanks" "cya".
She is just driving around the city, but why?
I need to try find her.

"Maddox" "dannon where are you?" "At the house" "heard from bridie?" "No did she call you?" "Yes after you met up with rosa" "what did she say?" "Just wanted to know if I knew her and told me you had your arm around her" fuck "did she seem okay?" "Couldn't tell over the phone" "okay thanks".
