I know she spoke to me I'm just hoping her mind changes.
Following her out and down the stairs, she put the suit case at the door then walked to the kitchen. Following suit, Bridie was speaking with angelic.
"All ready to go?" "Yeah, we'll be out of your hair shortly. Bridie is just saying goodbye to angelic" "so should you otherwise she'll kick your ass" "I was planning to, just letting them two talk" "looks like they are done" seeing Bridie walk towards us she looked at the both of us. "I better go say good bye to angelic" "okay".

"Thanks for everything angelic" "you two are more than welcome just like I told Bridie" "I know but I'm sure if I didn't say thank you and good bye, you'd hunt me down" "I know where you live" I grinned.
"Take care of her dannon" "I will" "she is already a mess mentally knowing she has to go back" "I know she has been distant for the last two days" "it's going to take time" I nodded "we will see you both soon" "you better, give me a hug" giving angelic a hug, I stepped back. Walking out Bridie had just closed the boot.
"Ready?" "Let's get out of here" that's definitely a no. Bridie got into the passenger seat and closed the door. Looking at callan I nodded then got in and started the car.
"Let's go home" "yeah".
I know its eating at her mind going back to san diego. I can only hope everything goes okay when we get there. Keeping my eyes on the road, I could see Bridie in the corner of my eye. I would've held her hand but she had one hand over her stomach while she rested her head on the other looking out the window.
"Do you want me to stop for anything?" "No I don't need anything" "food" "no I'm not hungry just tired" so her mind has been running wild.

Pulling into the drive way of the house, I stopped the car in front of the house.
"Lets go in" Bridie didn't move "Bridie?" "yeah okay" Bridie took her belt off and got out of the car. Taking a deep breath, I did the same then opened the boot.
"I will carry it up" "no it's fine" "let me help" "I'm fine dannon" "alright". She is far from fine but if that's what she wants to do I will let her.
Opening the front door to the house, I stepped in just waiting for Bridie. Bridie walked in just staring at the stairs. "Same room?" "Yes" Bridie walked straight up the stairs without saying another word. I didn't know if I should follow her or not. Deciding against it I grabbed my phone out.
"Dannon" "apollo just letting you know I'm back in san diego if you need anything" "good to have you back, I will let everyone know" "thanks" "everyone alright?" "Yeah, I will talk to you later" "you will".
Hanging up the phone, I looked at the top of the stairs then walked to the office unlocking the door.
Taking a seat, I just stared at the wall.
The first twenty four hours are going to be the hardest. She's dealing with it her way. I know she didn't want to come back and yet I basically forced her with the help of angelic. I seen the look in her eyes as she stepped in the house. it didn't matter that I changed things she knows where my mother was laying, she knows what I did and every word I said, it'll be replaying in her mind.

"Maddox" "apollo told me you are back" "yes just arrived" "did Bridie come with you?" "Yes" "shes not handling it, is she?" "No not at all" "where is she?" "She went up stairs and I haven't seen her since" "would you like me to try speak with her?" "if she wants to talk, she will. I think it's best we just leave her for now" "I don't know if that's a good idea dannon" "why not?" Walking out of the office, I went to head up stairs to check on Bridie to speak to her and see how she is but seeing Bridie standing at the top with a blank look on her face looking around the foyer, I just watched her.
"Bridie" bridie looked at the stairs then beside them where the hall way is then back to the stairs and the front door. I know exactly what is going through her mind right now. The stairs is where she was, the bathroom is down the hall way, The bathroom I put her in. then the front door the same door I took her out of.
"Bridie" Bridie did it again looking at the bottom of the stairs then the hallway then then door then looked at me with fear in her eyes before taking off running, My guess is to the room. Shit. Running up the stairs, I went to enter the room but she had it locked. The images have taken over that's why she ran. the whole ordeal will be running through her mind.

"Bridie listen to me" "no.. no I don't.." fuck "Bridie nothing it is going to happen block the images out" "Bridie" "I.." hearing the bathroom door shut, I'm just hoping she has gone to have a shower or relax. I need the bedroom key.
Walking down stairs, the front door opened.
"Dannon" "not now maddox" "what's going on?" "Bridie has locked herself in the room. The images of what happened that day took over, she ran thinking I was going to hurt her. I need to find the fucking key to my room" "I'll help". Both of us going through the drawers in the office, we threw all the keys on the desk. "Got it" running out of the office and upstairs, I unlocked the door and walked in closing the door behind me. hearing banging on the walls in the bathroom, I opened the door. Bridie was standing in the shower full clothed slamming her hands to the wall.
"Bridie stop" throwing my phone and wallet on the basin quickly I didn't care about getting wet. "I don't want to die.. I don't want to die" Bridie kept repeating it over and over. Getting in the shower, I wrapped my arms around her. "NO" "bridie look at me" she shook her head "Bridie nothing is going to happen, you are safe, no one is going to hurt you" feeling her body weight drop I let her sit but never let her go. I feel like I am back to square one. Holding her for a while it seemed like she had calmed down. "Let's get you out and dry" Bridie didn't say anything just stood up and turned the water off before getting out and stripping out of her clothes Then wrapped a towel around her.
Doing the same, I walked out behind Bridie then to the closet grabbing some clothes and put them on. By the time I did that bridie was already laying down on her stomach the pillow over her head. I didn't know what to do.
I better go see if maddox is still here.
Walking down stairs maddox was sitting in the foyer. As soon as he spotted me, he stood up. "How is she?" "She's going to sleep" "not good?" "No far from it, I don't know what to do maddox. We made so much progress over the past couple of months and now I feel like we are back to square one" "seeing the house the images will feel raw. it's going to take time" I nodded "I need a drink then I need to go check on everything" "alright".

"If Bridie wakes while I'm not here, can you try keep her calm?" "I'll do my best, I don't know if she will come down here though" "she has to come down at some point she needs to eat" "see how she goes" "alright".
