DC Headcanons 2: Electric Boogaloo

For all intents and purposes let's say Washington receives snow or normally does 

For DC's 'first Christmas', the main five involve him against this but he's wistful about something 

And when questioned he finally goes, 'Well. Shouldn't it snow?' 

Cue the main five trying to find some way for it to snow on Christmas for DC 

The suggestions go from marshmellows, soap, to those little foam balls
