Because they couldn't risk IDC getting sick too

IDC would sneak into DC's room and read to him

Poor IDC had to sit in those meetings hearing about what to do if DC died and no one asked her her opinion or how she felt
Like IDC probably flipped out both times that they were talking about DC like he was replaceable SHE WAS HIS TWIN

Also because you know ✨shitty people✨the only person to care for IDC when she was sick was DC because she was only international DC who cares

Honestly if DC went down with COVID and the main five accidentally heard one of those meetings, they panic because they're literally preparing for the worst and IDC is just like "how do you fucking think I feel"
