DC Headcanons 2: Electric Boogaloo

I figured it out 

After the election and the insurrection, IDC basically put her foot down and told DC to take a break. Gov was put on sub duty (the sound you just heard was Gov's enthusiasm going all the way down) and DC was told not to work and just rest 

Which as we know our boy can't 

Things were already going bad but then suddenly IDC, Gov, and DC have to go to the Senate to answer some questions over what happened. They try to get DC off this list but they're refused. DC handles it well....at first....until the conspiracy theories start and he starts getting hysterical crying that 'you were there! YOU WERE THERE' and 'how can you deny something happened IF YOU WERE THERE' 

Disheveled DC is because he basically left the chambers, basically tore at himself and just went pure hysterical 

If he shows up to the Statehouse I haven't decided yet
