Part 36 -Ivan Freeomen and new rules-

My family walks with the unknown man and I follow them with my eyes. - I wonder who that is. Sera says and I nod. - Doesn't look like he is from around here. I answer, suspicious of the man already. I wonder if that's the person who hurt Luna.. I see her move around a little and I get big eyes. She opens up her eyes, looking around her surroundings.
- Luna, you're awake! I smile a little when she stands up. "What happened?" - Hoped you could say. I hug her and she growls softly.

"I was flying around in peace when some man shot me down, everything went black before I woke up, I flied but got shot.." - We think you flew on adrenaline from the shot, that's probably how you got here.. she nods, agreeing with the statement. "Probably, I wasn't in much pain before I blacked out again here."
- Do you remember how the person looked like? Sera asks and Luna nods. I lift an eyebrow at her. She looks over to my parents and sighs.

"The man with your parents.." she answers and I nod, not surprised. "Knew something wasn't right with him." Thunder growls angrily. - Seems like we got a job to do. I say and Sera shakes her head. - I'm not dying dear, I'll be careful. I kiss her on the mouth.
- You all stay here, I want to do it alone.. I say and Thunder shakes his head violently.
- No, you keep them safe, like an alpha is supposed to. I pat them and run off.

I have my bow ready in my arm as I walk towards my parents. - Mom, Dad! I greet them both with a hug. - Avi, you okay? My mother asks. - Never been better, who's this? I ask and look at the man, he's only an inch taller than me. - This is Ivan Freeomen, we're gonna discuss some matters if you want to join us? She asks and I shrug. - Sure, I will need it so I'm prepared for when I gotta do it. I walk with them into the great hall.

- So Ivan, what's wrong? My father asks the so called Ivan. - I shot down a beautiful light fury today, but she escaped from me, and I wondered if you have any ideas where she could be? - Any reason you would want to shoot her down? My mother asks and I feel my blood boil, knowing what light fury he is talking about. - She's been problematic for my people, I wanted to see if I could tame her so she wouldn't do anything. - Taming a dragon is not exactly easy, it takes time. My father says and he nods. - I'm aware of that, we have tamed some before, but she didn't seem like one to be tamed.

- Of course she isn't one to be tamed. I say and roll my eyes. - Something you want to say?
My mother asks and I nod and stand up tall.
- You shot down MY dragon, got her almost killed! I almost start yelling, but keep my cool. - Lucky for you, she is still alive. I walk down to him.
- She didn't have a saddle on, so I assumed that she was wild. I laugh at him and hiss.
- You have no need to hurt a dragon to tame it, she came home flying on adrenaline and blood dripping out! I start to get louder and he backs up a little. - It was an accident, I didn't want any harm done to her. - I don't believe in men like you. I spit him right in the face and he flinches.

- She didn't have a saddle on, and there is no law for accidentally hurting dragons.. He says with a sad tone. - Accidentally my ass! I have a job in protecting the dragons! - Oh yeah? Not seen you do much to protect them. My eyes go big at that. - I get rid off people like him, while you sit on your fucking ass all day long!!
- I protect our people! He says back to me and I snort.
- Dragon master my ass, I'm the real master here apparently. I take my bow up. - Violence is never the answer Avira. My father says and I shoot an arrow in Ivan's arm and he screams out in pain.
- In some cases, yes it is. I walk down the stairs. - Take that as a warning, Freeomen. I walk out and to my house.
