Part 32 - Getting used to live on Berk -

I walk inside the house and put the stuff down. I sigh and sit down on a chair.I look down on my hands and move them, they crack loudly and the dragons hiss weakly. - Sorry.. I mumble and start packing out my stuff. Vireos start jumping around and I laugh lightly.
- Vireos, calm down before you hurt yourself. I say sternly right after and he stops to look at me before starting his thing again.

"Vire, listen to Avira!" Snow growls annoyed and the little dragon stops and puts his head down and curls up in a corner. I sigh a little and Snow puts her ears down. "Am I too hard on him mother?" She asks and looks at Luna. "No dear, he has to learn how to behave himself, you're doing great." The light fury answers and Snow nods. - Lu is right, I had to be a little hard on you two too, babies are just dramatic. I say and smirk a little. She looks at me with small eyes. I hum and put things where they should be.

- Lu, join me for a fly will ya? She agrees and I jump on her when we get out and we fly up. "Where we going?" - I don't know, you can choose, I just want to get away from the island for a few hours.. I say and lay down on her back. "You okay? Anything bothering you?"
- It's just a lot going on and I don't know how to get used to being here.. she growls softly. "We all are here for you, you know that."
- Yeah, I know.. she sighs and we fly towards an island and we land.

- It's beautiful here. I say in awe and look around. "It is, I saw it when we were on the way to Berk." I nod and walk around a little with her after me. - The snow makes it so pretty and light. I smile weakly, happy to see snow again since Berk doesn't have any, other than a little on the ground and roofs. I look at a dragon like sculpture and frown while walking up to it. I touch it and flinch.
- It's frozen. I say and lift an eyebrow.
"Frozen? Is it a real dragon?" - I have no idea. I say and look at it more closely.

"I can try to warm it up." - Can you do that?
I ask and she nods and opens her mouth wide and I see the ice melt and get big eyes. About twenty - thirty minutes the dragon is fully melted. - Is it dead? I ask Lu and she sighs. "Wouldn't be surprised, it's probably been frozen for a long time." I kneel and touch the unknown dragon. - Do you recognize the breed? She shakes her head. - Can you get Fishlegs for me, maybe he knows? She flies off.

They come after a while and Fishlegs comes to me. - Is it true that you've found a new dragon? He asks and I nod. - Yes, I don't recognize it, and I've seen a lot of dragons in my time. He nods and inspects the dragon while looking through the dragons book. - Death gripper. He says and I frown. - They are extinct, are they not? I ask him and he nods. - That's what we believe, they went poof when we got Grimmel out of the way. I lift an eyebrow. - Has it been frozen for so long?! I ask/yell. - No idea, it might've gotten frozen 18 years ago for all we know. I sigh and touch the dragon. - I feel bad for it.. Fishlegs nods a little. - I know that you want it alive, but don't mess with the dead Avi. I snort and look at him. - Why would I do that? I ask and he scoffs. - I think your father wanted you back to Berk. I roll my eyes. - Fine.. I jump on Luna and he comes behind me and we fly off to Berk again.

- What's wrong father? I ask when I get to the great hall. I see Vireos eating some meat and lift an eyebrow. - Your dragon here went into a house and stole some off the meat the family had. He answers and I grunt. - He is a baby, of course he will get into trouble, and it's only a little bit of meat, I can replace it. - What if he does it again when he gets older, what are you gonna do then? - He'll learn to get his own food, it's not a big deal.. I say and take Vireos in my arms. - Avira, food is not something to mess with, your old place might've had a lot, but Berk doesn't. I roll my eyes. - I'll replace the food that gets stolen, no worries father.

- Fine, just replace the food within a week, otherwise you'll be in trouble. - What kind of trouble? You'll threaten to take my dragons away from me? Or banish me from here again, risking everyone's life? He rolls his eyes.
- You won't be in trouble with me, but the family. - I'll fix the food, chill. He nods a little and looks behind me, making me turn and watch Evelyn come in. - Your dragons are already getting in trouble, wonder why? I roll my eyes annoyed.
