Part 44 -Ticking Bomb..-

~Week later, Days until Snoggletog: 1~

Why now, why after all this time?
I'm a ticking bomb, just wait till I explode, you will regret EVERYTHING you've done, and everything you fought for, will be GONE.

I flinch at the voice and Sera looks up to me worried. - What's wrong? She asks, taking my hand while we walk after the river, the dragons playing around us. I shake my head and rub my thumb on her knuckle. - Nothing, everything is fine. I smile and she lifts an eyebrow suspiciously. - Have I said that you suck at lying? She tilts her head and I stop up.
- Well, I'm not lying. She goes up on her toes and looks me in the eyes and I snort.
- Sera, I promise I'm fine, don't worry.

She groans and puts her head on my chest.
- You don't usually flinch like that, unless something unexpected happens or you get scared. She lets go of my hand and sits down, taking of her shoes and dips her feet in the river. I just scoff and take my arrows and knife, then I sit down next to her with legs crossed. I start sharpening the arrow heads while humming. I look down at the reflection in the river after I'm done and sigh. - I heard a voice, that's why I flinched.. She stares at me.
- A voice? What did it say? She tilts her head and I shake my head. - That's for me to know. I lay down on the sand and she scoffs, tired of arguing.

- You're so fucking stubborn, did you know? I laugh at her. - I've heard, I have it from my father. I say weakly and she puts her head on my stomach. - Isn't that uncomfortable? I'm mostly just bones u know. I whisper and she growls angrily at me. - If it would be uncomfy, I wouldn't be doing it. I smile softly and look up and see it starts snowing. - Ughhhh, why did it have to start? She asks and sits up.
- The weather does what it wants. I stand up, the dragons coming down to us.
- How's the tail holding up Thun? I ask and he shows his fully grown fin.

"It's doing great, I'm even faster!" Snow rolls her eyes and hits him with her paw. "Your tail fin growing out doesn't matter, it's the weather, stupid." - Snow, the tail fin can have a say in it too, not just the weather. I pat them and she huffs. Luna's ears perk up and she looks around. "We better go back to Berk, or we might have to fight." She growls at something and I lift a brow. - What's wrong?
"Wolves, I'm picking up the smell of bears too."
My eyes go big and I look at Sera, she nods and we jump on our dragons.

We fly back home and I look at all the decorations. Tomorrow. I smile a little.
- I'm surprised the decorations are still up. Sera looks at me and laughs. - Do they not usually? - Not the years I lived here, I guess stuff have gotten better.

We land in front of my parents. - Luna picked up scents of wolves and bears on the island. I say and my mom looks at Lu, her nodding.
- Bears are supposed to be sleeping now, u sure Luna? My father asks. "Yup, it wasn't strong, but its snowing, but I'm pretty sure it was, at least one bear." He sighs and nods. - I'll check it out now with Toothless, thanks for telling us. I nod and let them walk away.
- You're gonna follow him? Sera asks when she sees the look on my face and I roll my eyes.
- You know I will. - Be careful tho. She says and I kiss her. - U good? You're not gonna stop me?
- I know how set you are, no way I'm getting you to not do it. I smirk and shrug. - True, see you later!

Me and the dragons fly up, Lu and Snow invisible. We follow my father around the island. - We can't be seen, I'll be grounded. Thunder chuckles weakly and goes up to the clouds.
Toothless stops up a little so H can look around, we do the same and I spot something around the trees. My eyes go small while I try to figure out what it is. "Its the bear." Snow growls, going visible and I flinch. - So it was a bear. I put my head back and sigh. The bear is way to close to the village..
Snow goes invisible again and Thunder looks after her, I see where he is looking, understanding where she is going.
- Come on, why? I ask annoyed. I see Toothless talking with her and Hiccup looks around, trying to find us, but to no luck.
