"What did the Mad King say when you stabbed him in the back?"
"He said the same thing he'd been saying for hours... Burn them all."

The Great Khal's Khalasar rode in the middle of a field of grass with stalks taller than the Khal's stallion.
Behind Khal Drogo and his bloodriders rode the Targaryen twins.
It had surprised Rhaenaerys when her twin asked if she could control the reigns of their mare earlier that day, but the younger-twin gladly scooted over when Daenerys mounted the horse.
Rhae was proud of Daenerys Targaryen for everything she had done: dominating Khal Drogo in his tent, becoming more of a Khaleesi, while also being less fearful of their vile older-brother.
"Do the Dothraki buy their slaves?" Daenerys' question, aimed towards Ser Jorah, broke Rhae from her thoughts.
"The Dothraki don't believe in money. Most of their slaves were given to them as gifts."
"From whom?" Rhaenaerys found herself asking the middle-aged knight.
"If you rule a city and you see the horde approaching, you have two choices: pay tribute or fight."
Rhae found herself wondering how many cities her husband had sacked before herself and Daenerys entered his life.
"Of course, sometimes it's not enough. Sometimes a Khal feels insulted by the number of slaves he's given. He might think the men too weak or the women too ugly. Sometimes a Khal decides his riders haven't had a good fight in months and need the practice."
"Kash qoy qoyi thira disse." One of the riders shouted at a slave, beginning to whip the poor man.
Whatever the slave had done to offend the Dothraki, the twins didn't know, but the sound of the slaves' whimpering and the whip cracking against his head was enough for Daenerys to stop the mare.
"Tell them all to stop."
"You want the entire horde to stop? For how long?" Ser Jorah asked, while the Khalasar came to a stop behind them.
