Chapter Seventeen

Sora's Pov

After some time the legs managed to shove me and Nya out of the way just as the cameras of the stairs on every floor had gone out. Mr. Borg turned to us as he continued to hold on. "Go! These are my legs and my problem!" I frowned as he told us that. I wanted to stay and help, but Nya grabbed my hand and pulled me away as she hit the button on her bracelet- signaling her Samurai X suit to come to her. "We'll try to hold the rest of them back!" She told Mr. Borg as she dragged me out of the room. We ran down the stairs and managed to catch them as they walked out of the other staircase. They headed in our direction, but stopped after a moment.

Nya stood her ground as I started gathering wind in my hands, forming a vortex or a tornado like motion around my hands, ready to attack any minute now. "I'll give you one chance to surrender." Nya said, eyes glaring at them. I couldn't help but narrow my eyes at the nindroid general as he laughed. "Cute." He said, earning a look from Nya as she turned towards the windows behind us. "I hate it when people call me cute." She spat as we waited for another minute- the nindroids, Pythor and evil Sensei Wu walked towards us yet again. Just as I felt a change in the winds just outside the window, I rolled to my right to avoid getting hit as Nya's Samurai X suit barrel-rolled into the room and grabbed her- immediately putting her into the seat. I stood up just as Nya also stood up in the suit, putting a hand on her- well the suit's waist. "Huh! Would you look at that? You made me break a nail." Just hearing that got me to laugh as I watched her wave her suit's fingers around to show them.

I used my wind to jump over there and grinned as I stood by her side. "Why don't we break their fingers in return, Nya?" I asked, earning a grin from her under the mask she wore. She nodded and I dodged a nindroid as they started to jump onto her suit- to which she threw them off. I frowned and started flinging them around with my wind, knocking them over into other nindroids. I didn't even notice where Pythor and evil Sensei Wu went as I was focused on helping Nya with these nindroids. They weren't going to hurt my friend. I know there were some...odd moments earlier this week, but she was still my teammate so I wasn't going to leave her alone.

Hikaru's Pov

I could tell I was dying, it was very obvious. I had awoken in the world where I usually trained with my mother after I had passed out with Lloyd. The moment I had opened my eyes in this world, my eyes were wide as I looked around for her. Where was she? "Monul!" I shouted as I barely managed to stand. The moment I did though, I stumbled and fell onto my hands and knees. "Jun! Nre bejral!" I heard her voice exclaim, soon feeling a hand on my shoulder. I glanced over at her with a weak smile as I tried to smile upon seeing her, but it didn't work out that way like I had hoped. I felt something gathering in my throat, causing me to turn away and puke up blood, coughing as I tried to remain calm.

"Bejral..." She whispered as she helped me move so I was laying down now instead. I frowned as I looked up at her. "Nunu...is there..?" I trailed off, wanting to know if there was anyway to survive this. I had to help my friends. My family. I had to protect them. I had to be there for them...for him. She gave me a frown and shook her head. "I don't believe so, bejral...I want to help you, but it's risky." She started, earning a look from me. "Please whatever it is, as long as I can get back to my friends. Is it possible to do whatever it is here?" I asked, watching as she remained silent for a moment before nodding. "Hikaru there's also more I have to tell you." Hearing her tone of voice made me pause as I looked at her.
