Hikaru's Pov

Another day had gone by and we were now eating in the main room. The room where we all met up with the jade blades on the first day. When Karloff was kicked out. The others had found time to embarrass me and Lloyd from time to time. Sensei Garmadon dropped the subject, but the others being teenagers, well they wouldn't for a while. We were the youngest ones in the group after all so why wouldn't they tease their younger friends? I frowned as I barely had eaten because these foods were just...odd. I hated to say this, but I had to eat so I made myself eat this odd food. No one questioned the food like I did surprisingly, but I'm sure everyone had different tastes.

I looked over at Lloyd when he made a face as a Kabuki offered him some food. I wouldn't want to try whatever that is. "Try the Horned Wasp eggs. De-e-e-e-licious." Chen said with a grin. That grin would never leave his face and I just want to punch it off so badly. I looked back at the Horned Wasp eggs dish and made a face. Lloyd poked it and normally I'm not a picky eater, but this place has made me picky. "Uh..I think I'll pass." Lloyd informed them. Chen frowned at him as he picked up his own piece of the Horned Wasp eggs. "Oh, lighten up, Green Ninja. This isn't a trick, this is a feast to celebrate the ten of you making it to the second round." I couldn't help but make another face as a bowl of...light brown liquid was placed in front of me. It had eyeballs and some...tentacles coming out of it?

The three Kabuki to the side started laughing and clapping their hands as if on cue. I frowned at them and shook my head. "And I must congratulate the Master of Shadow's defeat over Master of Poison." Chen said, looking over to the said elemental master. Some time after Lloyd's match, they had fought and Tox had lost. "She was a bit hard to swallow, am I right?" Chen joked and I just narrowed my eyes at him. The three Kabuki by his side continued to clap and laugh, but Chen wasn't satisfied with it. "Laugh harder!" Chen ordered as he also started laughing. The three Kabuki looked at him for a second before doing as they were ordered. I just shook my head and tried to go back to eating what I could keep down.

"You can relax. Even if there was a fight, now that we told the others about Chen's dirty plot to steal our powers, we're safe in our secret alliance." Kai told us. We glanced over at Turner who commented how he couldn't get Shadow to join us. I then looked back to Sensei Garmadon as he said. "Well, if you plan to stop Chen, you'll need everyone on board. Each fighter that loses, gives him strength. Soon he'll be too powerful for even all of you combined to overcome." He told us, to which we nodded before we went back to eating. Why was time going by slowly?

I soon lost my appetite so I just pushed my plate a few inches in front of me to imply that I was done, but it was immediately noticed by Chen, somehow. "Master of Aether, you aren't eating?" He said, drawing attention to me. I bit my lip as I felt eyes on me and shook my head. I took in a breath before sighing to keep myself calm. "I'm fine, Master Chen. I'm just not feeling too well and have lost my appetite. May I be excused early?" I asked and I could see how he gave me a look. He didn't like me. It was obvious. That or he was on to me, seeing as I was working with the ninjas.
