Sora's Pov

_____

Myself, Jay, Cole and Zane were sitting at a table in a secluded area as we pondered as to what became of our red cladded friend as we have yet to see him. After minutes of silence Jay groaned. "So after all this, Morro gets Airjitzu, and we're left with zip. We don't even know what's gotten into Hikaru." He paused as he let out a sigh. "I hate being leader, but I hate losing even more." I frowned and nodded, Zane soon speaking up, but we still have yet to fix him so we could understand him. We looked to where he was pointing and saw Kai on Ronin's ship. I raised an eyebrow at the scene while Cole smiled. "We didn't lose everything. At least Kai's okay." I nodded in agreement.

Cole soon had a wide grin on his face as he said. "Tomorrow, I'll take command and we'll figure something out." I raised an eyebrow at him as he said that. "Are you sure that's a good idea? Any time any of you have taken the role of leader— Zane was the only one who actually succeeded before his voice box was messed up." I said with crossed arms. Cole sent me a glare as I turned to Kai. "Thanks for the...pick-me-up." He thanked Ronin. I frowned and wondered what happened while he was separated by us. Ronin doesn't do things for free, so why did he help Kai? "Remember what I said about second chances. And I'm gonna hold you to that deal. So long, and I hope you get your friends back." We had just barely heard Ronin tell Kai. Oh boy, what did they talk about?

"Second chances? What did he mean by that?" Cole voiced my thoughts with the others nodding their heads in agreement. Kai shook his head as he said. "We may have lost out on the scroll...but there may be another way to learn Airjitzu." Almost immediately we all asked. "We're still gonna fly?" Cole had asked. "Really, another way?" Jay asked. Everyone looked excited, even Zane but I stood up as I asked. "Before we get too excited— what's the catch? Ronin only makes deals in his favor and from what we've seen— you're a horrible negotiator." Almost immediately after I said that, Jay turned to our friend with narrowed eyes. "Kai, what did you give him?" Even Zane was giving him a look.

"I sort of gave him my shares of the tea farm...along with al, of yours." Our eyes widened as we bolted over to our friend. "You WHAT?? Wu's gonna flip!" We all shouted at him. Kai sighed and turned around as he backed away. "I did what I had to! And for Lloyd and Hikaru— I'd do it again!" Kai insisted which made me sigh. He had a point there. We had to do anything we could to help those two out. "You're right. But I have to ask...if Morro has the only scroll, just how are we gonna learn Airjitzu?" Cole asked. We all nodded as we gathered around Kai again as he said. "Let's just say...it's not gonna be easy— but we have a ghost of a chance." Kai ended with a grin.

By the time it was daylight outside, we had made it to Yang's Haunted Temple, the one Ronin had told Kai in exchange for our shares of the tea farm. We were following a tour guide who happily exclaimed while turning around to face us. "Welcome to Yang's Haunted Temple! The historical landmark and former home of Sensei Yang– the notorious Sensei without a pupil– infamous for creating the lost martial art of Airjitzu." She explained, even motioning towards a statue of what we could only assume to be Sensei Yang. It was covered in moss and various other things as it must've been here for a really long time. "Unfortunately, we can't take our tour groups inside for rumors say anyone trapped inside its walls at sunrise will be turned into a ghost permanently!" She continued her explanation, making all the young kids in the crowd to awe at. "But! If you listen closely– maybe we'll be able to hear the ghost of Sensei Yang himself– looking for his lost pupils!" She exclaimed, trying to keep the attention of the young kids. Well, it was mostly young kids in front of us.
